When I signed up, I was told that my bills would be "comparable" to the bills I had when I had DirecTV, which was about $50-60 a month. I got my first bill for TV and internet and it was $250. I was told it was so high because of start up costs and installation. I believed it. The second month, the bill was the same. Again, they claimed it was normal. The third month, my bill was around $300. I asked about it, and they said that AGAIN it was all normal fees. I could not afford to pay it, and asked to cancel, and sent three to six emails stating that I wanted to cancel, and I would not pay the new bill of $300, seeing as my cable and internet services did not even work. I then received a late fee, making my new total $425.26. Instead of calling me and informing me about this fee, [redacted] Communications put a delinquency on my credit report, without any warning to me. I paid the bill, and cancelled my account at the end of April. On May 26th, I received a bill for $538, despite the fact that my account was canceled a month ago, and have not used their services ONCE, as I have moved onto a different provider.

This company has already scammed me out of over $900 of my money and critically damaged my credit, and they are now trying to scam me out of even more money. They have yet to return calls, and their online "live chat" people refuse to help, saying they can't help me.
