The brake job was completed and paid for on 6/12/for the amount of $The truck had miles on the odometer according to their paper work that I haveAfter the wheel fell off, the truck was towed to there shop, 6/18/2013, the truck now had miles on itThey paid the tow bill and cut me a check to repair my rim, they also "repaired" the issue, or so I thoughtTheir warranty paper work states that they replaced the front wheel seal, the wheel bearing cone, the race, and the wheel hub nutsAnd I was on my way3/17/the truck now has miles miles from when they last saw itI am in the process of now changing my ball joints and when I took the hub off I was sick to my stomachThe wheel seal was never changedHow I know? It is bent like you would not believe, and the rubber part of the seal is nearly gone leaving water and dirt able to get inside my hubAnd knowing the wheel seal had not been changed you cannot replace the other parts they claimed to have replaced because you cannot physically remove and replace those parts without removing the wheel seal firstNow it could be argued that it's been nearly years since the repairs but I would not be so enraged to go to this extent if I didn't know how it had happenNot to mention who should have to take there whole front wheel assembly apart to check a PROFESSIONAL MECHANICS workI would have filed a complaint much sooner but I was told the issue was resolvedI was lied to by everyone at Fox and Fox
And to be completely honest unlike them, what if I wouldn't have noticed my wheel coming looseI has two minutes from getting on I-at those speeds loosing a front wheel could have cost ME my lifeAnd yet they couldn't just simply be honest to me and replace the parts they said they did
