On date 3/14/2016, Mr [redacted] called us in regards to installing an on-demand hot water tankThe job was completed on the same day, and the customer had hot water as promisedCustomer then asked us to engage in a contract installing drywall and electrical in his basementPrice was given for installing electrical and drywall in basement at $10,We received $6,down, which we immediately engaged in production of installation starting with supplying and installing electrical outlets per code in basementThis consisted of days labor as well as $in materialWe supplied and installed drywall in basement, as well as building a wall that wasn't part of the contract at the foot of their stairsAlmost complete with the drywall installation, the customer stops job, decides he wants to engage in having ceiling drywall, as well as proper lighting installed in the basements ceilingWe sent Mr [redacted] an additional quote for thatAt this point, we are days into the job, Mr [redacted] stops the job again, decides against having ceiling and lighting installedOf course this was after we had already purchased $worth of ductwork supplies to supply heating in basementSent my heating installer out to install ductwork, customer stops job again, says that a permit is required for drywallI had called city previously inquiring about permits, inspector said at that point a permit wasn't needed for we did not do a rough-frameMr [redacted] had changed his mind several times on the job; first combining jobs to get a great price, then dropping additional work off, expecting to get other work done at even cheaper ratesWhere does Mr [redacted] think that we are going to do days worth of drywall(labor and materially), and days worth of electrical work(supplies and material) for free? I feel we have done $6,worth of work over there, and that concludes this explanation
