I was referred to this company by an Abstractor that I hired for a previous abstracting jobI got into contact with the gentlemen and assigned him an order to complete for meHe told me the estimated completion time on this order, would be the next dayWell, that was last weekI called him the day the order was due and asked for a status updateHe informed me that the search was a little more complex, and that he would have it to me, if not Monday afternoon, then Tuesday for sureWell, here it is Tuesday, and I still had not received the order I sent to himThey stopped answering my emails as well as my callsIt was not until I contacted the previous Abstractor that referred them to me and asked if he happen to know any other Abstractors that covered that county, as Coyne's gave me a faulty ETA, and now I could not get a hold of them, that Coyne's responded to one of my emails stating that again, the search was more complex and it would be done ThursdayNow, any Abstracting company knows that their clients do NOT like being told time after time again that the order they sent to you will take longer and longer every time they contact you for a status updateI responded back to Coyne's and stated that Thursday was unacceptable as they had changed the ETA several times on me, and my client is close to cancelling the order and I needed this order todayI also reminded them that they informed me that the ETA was hours when I had originally assigned it to themThey responded with "We are cancelling this request." What kind of company does that? That is highly unethical! They held on to my order for almost a week, giving me the runaround on the status, and when it would be completedAnd when it came down to the most recent ETA day they provided me with, they tell me that they are cancelling my requestI would not recommend using this company AT ALL to any other Abstracting companiesI will certainly never attempt to use them again
