Again, we apologize for the misunderstanding concerning this issue The invoice #***, dated 8/28/states: "Year Limited Warranty on Parts" The controller is under warranty, and we are able to replace it for you at the fee of the labor, or we can provide you with a control panel to install at your convenience We understand that your system "did not need a system check" however, since you requested that the work be done for the $fee of a system check we felt it relevant to explain why that was not possible

Attached please find a copy of my receipt.My receipt includes the warranty infoLet it be known, that it was paid by check Please let me know if a copy of check is neededI'll have to find out, how to obtaina copy.Regards, [redacted]

I do not accept this lame response OR APOLOGY from Simply Sprinkler. NOWHERE ON MY RECEIPT DOES IT SAY A YR WARRANTED PART WILL BE CHARGED FOR LABOR.THERE WAS ALSO NO SYSTEM CHECK NEEDED, AS I ALREADY TOLD YOU WHAT THE PROBLEM WASTHE LAME SOLUTION THE TECH DAVID TRIED TO COME UP WITH, WAS TO WIRE ZONES TOGETHER (ZONES & 5) AT NO CHARGE AT ALLWHY?? SO I WOULD BE STUCK WITH A DEFECTIVE CONTROLLER!!! service furtherWe also note your feedback regarding our product warrantyAs stated on our company estimate/invoice, our parts warranty is in force for (2) years following the date of installationThis warranty does not include any labor charges incurred while repairing or replacing the warrantied partOur technician, David, prepared an estimate for repairs which consisted of an $charge for hour of labor with no additional charges for the warrantied part or additional charges to perform a System Check. Simply Sprinkler offers a complete System Check for $39.99, as advertised on our vans. Unfortunately replacing the warrantied part does not fall under our $System Check, It falls under the $hourly labor rate for that tehnicianIn addition, after hearing your concerns regarding our warranty and pricing, the technician and I tried to come up with a more affordable solution that might suit you better, but you declined. Also, I apologize for the misunderstanding regarding our appointment timesAll appointments are schedule as time frame windowsFor example; 9am-11am, 11am-1pm, ectArrival time being anytime within your scheduled time frame, in addition our technicians call when they are en-route to the property, which is usually around minutes before arrivalSo again, I apologize if that was not explained to you properly and I will insure our schedulers clearly inform our customers of arrival time frames. Simply Sprinkler, Save your apologies for someone who cares. THE ONLY WORK REQUESTED ON MY INITIAL CALL, WAS YOUR DEFECTIVE CONTROLLER PANEL BE REPLACED AND THE TWO HEADS YOUR TECH REPLACED BE ADJUSTED BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT SPRAYING PROPERLYAT WHICH TIME YOU DID NOT EVER DISCUSS THERE WOULD BE ANY CHARGE.I ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR YOUR OWNER TO CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUEYOU/THEY/HE REFUSED.THEN I ASKED FOR A NEW CONTROLLER PANEL SO AS I COULD REPLACE MYSELF (WITHOUT BEING CHARGED A LABOR FEE OF $FOR A $WARRANTED PART)ONCE AGAIN YOU REFUSED!!
