My experience with this company, particularly the realtor Michael S*** was horrible, discriminative and he manipulated this situation for his own personal satisfaction I first went to the open house for the listing proper of *** *** Lane I had a brief chat with the listing agent Michael S*** as he was showing me the property and how I had been work hard to build my creditHe told me the seller would be marrying his brother and that she moved in with him and need to sell her condo I expressed interested in the property and he gave me his cardA few week later, after checking my credit score again, working with my realtor and broker I was advised I can submit a contract to purchaseOnce I did another walk through of the property, I submitted a contract to purchase the listing agent Michael S*My realtor said that Michael S*** remember me from the open house and gave her some pushbackHe told my realtor that I was working on my credit, that I needed to have a pre-qualification letter and the seller didn't agree with the closing date The next day I got the pre-qualification letter and change the closing date to a month sooner and resubmitted my offer My realtor calls me back to tell me that the listing agent is requesting a pre-approval letter and now have a problem with some of the things listed on the contract (personal items such as curtain rods, pictures on the wall, etc...) At this point I'm feeling like he's being prejudice and I informed my realtor of our brief chat the open house She informed him of my feeling via text and he response was "Nobody is being prejudice on either sideThe problem is the seller is a widow who feels like she was being taken advantage of" On the contact I gave the seller her asking price $79,and I asked for $toward closing cost and $for first year home warranty and the few items mentioned above How is that being taking advantage of? These are items people normally ask for when buying a home But now she's a widow and about to get married to your brother? This doesn't make any sense to me Needless to say I finally get the contract back rejecting the $closing cost & $for home warranty after offering the seller full price $79,for her condo If this isn't discrimination/prejudice than I don't know what is This all took place in a matter of days What GOD has for me is for me and this definitely wasn't meant for meThis was not my first time buying a home and I'm well experienced on the process but this by far was the worst experience EVER!!!
