I ordered *** stainless steel tumblers from this website and paid a total of $89.93 after shipping for those 2 tumblers. These were a gift for someone. The company said they were out of Texas on their website, but they shipped from *** When I received them, they were a completely different design that said “Lovely Sloths” with a picture of a sloth and flowers on it. I contacted the company by email and they are NOT making it right. They offered me a 50% refund and 30% off of the next order for the *** tumblers. They need to send what I ordered or give me a full refund, and are refusing to do so. This gift was for a man, and he will not use a tumbler with flowers and a sloth on it. What they’re doing here is a scam. Also, they are claiming they are Revdex.com accredited on their website, which I just found out they’re not.

Product was very cheap & the picture they had showed was nothing like what you get. I asked about getting my $ back to find out the company is in *** & they were suppose to refund me 30% of the cost back but have never done that nor will respond to my messages.

Thx

I ordered a set of wood tea light holders ($34.90 w/S&H). Upon there arrival I found them defective (holes are smaller than a tea light - item not as shown on *** and there were some small dents in the wood). I reported the problem as their web page showed. They 1st said they had never received complaints for this item - they weren't interested in discussing. I told them I was complaining and stated the problems as above. They asked for pictures - which I provided. They offered a a small refund a couple of times (less than $10), which I was not interested in. I was then told I could return the item to *** for full refund upon receipt. It costs over $100 for return shipping. I then pursued through PayPal - their resolution was to ship back to *** They would not allow me to return to *** address. I believe the address provided on *** is a fake address. They said is was their "Department" on one occasion and "Apartment" on another. I googled the address and it is a convenient store-Kum and Go. I believe their *** is fraudulent - using this address so people believe that are ordering items within U.S.

I purchased two throws from this company and referred a friend as well. It took about 22 days to receive the merchandise. Once I felt the poor quality of the item, I contacted customer service and asked for the return mailing address and a refund. They offered me a 30% discount in order to entice me to keep the item. I agreed, but they never issued a partial refund and they stopped communicating with me all together. My friend ordered a larger blanket and due to the apartment number being left off the package, it was sent back to *** (where these blankets come from) and customer service out right refused to refund his money. He paid $89 for a blanket he never received and these THIEVES kept his money. It is easily verifiable. All one needs to do is call *** with the tracking number and they will tell you why the package wasn't delivered and where it is.

I ordered bedding for my daughter as a Christmas present. The website listed the company as Revdex.com accredited with an A+ rating. It also said the company offered a risk free 30 day money back guarantee. Upon investigation I now realize neither are true. The bedding then shipped from *** not Missouri. It didn’t even reach the US until after Christmas. I was super excited 2 weeks after Christmas when my tracking info finally said it was out for delivery. However, shortly after it was returned to sender due to an insufficient address. I contacted *** to figure out why it had not been delivered and they stated that my apartment number was not listed on the package. Not wanting to wait another 2 months for the package to come back from *** I contacted the seller requesting a refund. *** requested I show proof that they had not listed the address correctly. After consulting with *** again I referred the seller to the tracking information. The seller then said that it was not specific enough. I questioned why it really had any significance if I was just asking for a refund of my money after not receiving the merchandise. The seller then replied that they had not made an error on their part and that they would not be issuing a refund or resending the bedding but could offer me a “huge” discount so that I could order the bedding again!
