Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern, when checking in to your establishment, I was flabbergasted by the very poor conditions of the room we receivedUnfortunately we were not given the option to cancel free of chargeWe were told we could upgrade and we're charged for thatThis particular weekend, 99% of Lincoln City was booked and there was not any options for us to get a room elsewhereThe property in no way matches the pictures you advertise in the website, no to the depict the very poorly kept rooms and outdated unitsBoth of the rooms we were shown while at the property had extensive safety hazards, as well as probably health hazardsThe kitchen stoves and cooking units were not functional- and what was functional appeared to be a fire hazardThere were extension cords every where that looked very used and unsafe as well as loose and missing slats of wood on the balcony extending from our roomI will be forwarding a copy of this complaint as well as the correspondence to the health department and request an inspection of your establishmentI would expect that there could be repercussions to your facility until you fix and repair what needs replaced and fixingWhile we ONLY stayed there for the two nights we reserved was the SOLE fact that we though we were going to get charged the full price of the reservation wether we were there or notI am going to once again request the FULL refund of the amount I paid to settle this matterI will not accept any offer in response to this complaint besides a full refund Sincerely, [redacted] ***

property and the pictures of these rooms are displayed on the web sites, along with the rooms that are available on the Booking.com When guest makes his/her reservation through Booking.com each and everyone receives a confirmation with the information that includes room type, amenities for that particular room, etc.The guests should not expect all the amenities displayed to be in their room. Once arrived, if guests are not satisfied with their room for any reason and we are not able to meet their needs (by switching or upgrading rooms, etc) then we will gladly cancel their reservation free of charge This is different than a No-Show or a cancellation not done in timeIf they wanted to leave early due to their dissatisfaction, we would have cancelled their second night also But if guests decide to stay (for whatever reason), especially two nights, then the payment is expected If they were not happy with the second room they should have voiced their dissatisfaction before they stayed two nights Refund will not be made at this time.
