I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedRegards, [redacted] AGAIN I PAID TOTAL PRICE INCLUDING TAX, FINANCE FEE ON THIS FURNITURE ANYWAY YOU LOOK AT IT SOMEONE RECEIVED OVER LIKE I STATEDI WAS TOLD LIFETIME WARRANTY KNOWINGLY THAT WAS INCORRECTWE WILL TAKE FURNITURE BACK TO STORE TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT WHICH COZY FURNITURE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT SO I AM SURE IT ISNT GOING TO BE FIXED OR REPAIR AND IF SO I WONT LAST I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SOMEONE SITTING ON FURNITURE IS WHAT BROKE THIS DOWN THIS FURNITURE HARDLEY GETS SIT ONFAMILY MEMBERS GET FREE DELIVIERY SO WHY DONT THEY GIVE FREE DELIVERY FOR PICK UP TO REPAIR, WE WILL HAVE THE FURNITURE AT COZY FURNITURE ON MARCH %

I sent youa copy of golden mattress warrranty instructions I have followed to the letter .if you read this it explane how I have to inspect mattress for warranty I went ms [redacted] home on 9/1/i removed all bedding and mattress protecor measured with a yard stick and took pictures .the mattres acording to the warranty must have at least a 2inch body impression I found no body impressions what so ever.she has a quilted mattress protector that the quilting where she lays is flat when the mattress protectior is on the bed with her sheets and comforter it looks like a body inpression .iam sorry but golden mattress will not let me replace a mattress that is not bad ***

in responce to the complaint # [redacted] several things in this complaint are no true [redacted] only paid for all of her furniture not over family members dont, pay full price and get free delevery even if you live miles plus .your welcom I did make a trip to ***s house and determan that seat cushon the way it whas designed bucket seat had a soft side where her husban sat .I called a repair man an paid him to repair it .it did not fix the problem.so orderd a new cushon and cover sory it took so long to come in but it whas the hollidays and had to be shiped overseas.my repair man repaired it again [redacted] told me it lasted 1month not weeks .I had a conversation whith mark her husban and I explained to him that the sofa has a manufacture warranty on it no one ever told her it has lifetime warranty.I dont think that there is such a thing for a sofaback to the conversation whith mark .I told him I will send it back to the mfg.to be repaird they may have it 2-weeks but the will repair it .I have even seen them replace it if they cant repair it but thats there call not mine they need to bring it back to the store so I can handle this per mfg warranty[redacted] is not happy that she has to be with out her sofa for 2-weeks sorry .good thing she still has another sofa and recliner to sit on.sorrry I forgot to call her back got busy .did not think much of it because I had already talked to her husban mark
