Ordered a bedding set for my daughter, it was gymnastics themed and had the name 'Emerson? Pictured on it, emailed the company to see if it could be changed to my daughters name, they said it could not. I assumed it would come with no name, which I was fine with. It came in the mail with the name Emerson on it, not my daughters name and looks nothing like the picture I ordered, the colors aren't even close to the picture I ordered, I tried multiple times reaching out to resolve the issue with no luck from the company, do not order from this company.

The site advertised a cup for sell that belonged to a business I later found on Etsy. They used the cup and the name of the company in their advertising. The cup was very nice. I ordered it for Christmas but when it arrived it was a much cheaper version and not the cup advertised. When I contacted them to complain and get a refund, they at first offered me a 30 percent refund and when I requested a 100 percent refund, I was told to mail it back to China with tracking. The address on line is a California address but the item had come from China. It was going to cost 50 dollars to mail the cup back which was more than it was worth. I contacted them again to request to send the product some where within the states since their website had a California address. I haven't heard back from them. I contacted the original designer and she said this happens to her and others frequently where their products are advertised. She has tried to fight it and complain and she says they just reopen their business under another name and continue to do this. She is a small business and can't afford to fight this in court. I have all emails saved and pictures of the two cups.
