Review: This business built a new front deck for me. They were very professional and did a great job. The problem came at the end. The worker finished the job and later the same day one of the boards split right where nails were. I emailed [redacted] and he came and looked at it. He said it was from stress and he'd order a new board and install it. That was in June. Five months later, after 7 emails and promises that someone would be by tomorrow, or would try to come by tomorrow the board is still not replaced. They also never cleared all the debris from the job as was part of the contract.Desired Settlement: I just want someone to actually show up to replace the board before snow and ice can get behind it and really destroy the work they did.
