Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: CPMatrix said they would provide full refund, not replacement I never asked for replacement I only requested a refund and I made the request within terms of the sales agreement In fact, I communciated with CPMatrix prior to returning teh laptop to be sure they would provide a full refund, not replacement I subsequently communicated many times, both email and phone calls, to CPMatrix and they have not responded to these messages since late Fall In Sept the busines offered to provide direct credit card reimbursement but wanted me to send my card number via email I was unwilling to do that for security reasons If they can provide a refund via [redacted] as stated in their response to this Revdex.com complaint, then provide the full refund of $immediately The email for my [redacted] account is [redacted] In my complaint, I stated that I did not pay using Paypal This is incorrect; I did use Paypal I don't normally use [redacted] and I forogt that I did it for this transaction At this point, a fulll refund of $to [redacted] would satisfy my complaint Regards, [redacted]

am rejecting this response because: this response is not true.  The laptop was defective.  They sent us a new hard drive and it was still defective.  We asked to return the product.  We were told that they would send us a box to return the product.  We contacted them many times telling them we did not receive the box.  This appears to be a stall tactic.  We eventually boxed the product up and returned it since they never sent us the box.  They have not communicated with us since and have not returned our phone calls or emails.  They never offered a refund with a restocking fee.  We will not accept a restocking fee on a defective product.  The reason they didn't get the product back sooner was because they stalled us in returning it.
When we first notified them that we wanted to return the product they told us that we would get a full refund back on our credit card.  We have not received the refund.  Once again, they never contacted us or returned our messages since they received the product back.
I expect a full refund of $295.00 to the credit card immediately as this is what we were promised when we first contacted them to return this defective product.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am rejecting this response because: it is not acceptable.  The reson it was delayed in returning it was because we attempted to fix it by putting in a new hard drive which you thought we should do.  But the main reason it was late is because you never sent the box to us that we were to use for the return.  Please check YOUR records.
I expect a full refund of the $295.00 that you agreed to refund before YOU delayed the return by not shipping the box to us as you said you would.  We have the emails from these exchanges. 
I should also charge you for the freight I paid to return your defective computer but at this time am only asking for my money back.  If this is not resoved quickly I will add the freight to the amount you owe us.
