Dear [redacted] - [redacted] is a former customer that had me build engines before (before I became Incorporated)I spec'ed the aftermarket parts used, machined some parts, assembled the (2) different engines that [redacted] had in the Camaro, physically worked on the car several times, used my car trailer and vehicle to take him and his car to the drag strip several times, where I took several photos of the white Camaro including the one on my website, that has been there for several yearsI also own the video and its contents of the white Camaro [redacted] sold the white Camaro directly after having me do engine upgrades because he become convinced it was faster than he could handle, and was scared he would get killed driving itIn doing so he broke a verbal agreement we had that he would do advertising for me, and received services at a discounted rate in returnHe became upset when I would not give him my proprietary spec sheets detailing the specifics of the engine, declaring he could not get as much money for the car without them There is no name listed because he no longer owned the car, and is in no way associated with me or CPMotorworks, Inc [redacted] sent an email a few months ago implying that I am somehow taking credit for some machine work that I had another shop perform at the time, because I did not own the equipment to do certain thingsSee Attached screenshot photo of email from *** He then called me 9-8-to "ask me nicely" to remove photos and videos because he heard "you are ripping people off", I refused stating he is not named or attached to the image of the white Camaro, or to CP Motorworks, Incin any way If I can provide more information please let me know [redacted]
