Regards,

Dear *** ***
I was never a costumer of CP Motorworks I was a friend of ***I had *** assemble motors for meI supplied all the parts, paid *** for assembly, paid for the machine work that was done by Power Built Machine Shop. I have a receipt from *** for the assembly and one from the machine shop for the work they didThe date on the receipt from *** is 07/02/This is before he had a businessIf *** was going to used the pitchers for the business he should of ask me or called to see if it was ok or had me sign a contractHe states that the pitchers have been on his website for several yearsIf I would known sooner I would of reacted soonerI talked to *** *** the owner of Power Built about the machine work that was done to the block, crank, rods, and heads to see if he had any paper work on thisHe told me that when every *** brought over a motor that he was assembling for someone all the paper work was usually in *** nameThis is what I meant by (implying) that *** is somehow taking credit for some machine work that another shop perform at the timeTodd Holden also had a motor assembled by *** around the time I did and the machine work was also done by Power Built (*** ***)So is *** taking all the credit for the build or just the things that help the business? Don't ask don't tellWhen I stated that *** was ripping people off I was refereeing to a post on a website WI-1320 let me tell you a story about a guy who had a motor builtYou'll have to read itI talked to this person about his experience with *** and he wasn't very happyThe pitchers and video of me and my car are when I owned it and are before he had the business so they shouldn't be on his websiteAs for me selling the car it was for financial reasonsI talked to Todd Holden (www.legacyinvestmentsonline.com) about this at the time and also *** *** (Riverside Motorsports)*** wouldn't give up any paper work on the motor so that way I could never prove what was done but I paid for itIf you look at the receipts it doesn't say or show anything about receiving services at a discounted rate, if so it should be on the receiptPlus their is know C.P.MotorsWorks on the letter head. I don't want to get into a pissing match over who did what for whoI stored a car for ***, a mill, he used my sandblasterPlease just take any video and pitchers of my car when I owned it before you had a business off your website

Dear [redacted] -
[redacted] is a former customer that had me build 2 engines before 2002 (before I became...

Incorporated). I spec'ed the aftermarket parts used, machined some parts, assembled the (2) different engines that [redacted] had in the 1967 Camaro, physically worked on the car several times, used my car trailer and vehicle to take him and his car to the drag strip several times, where I took several photos of the white 1967 Camaro including the one on my website, that has been there for several years. I also own the video and its contents of the white Camaro.
[redacted] sold the white Camaro directly after having me do engine upgrades because he become convinced it was faster than he could handle, and was scared he would get killed driving it. In doing so he broke a verbal agreement we had that he would do advertising for me, and received services at a discounted rate in return. He became upset when I would not give him my proprietary spec sheets detailing the specifics of the engine, declaring he could not get as much money for the car without them.
There is no name listed because he no longer owned the car, and is in no way associated with me or CPMotorworks, Inc.
[redacted] sent an email a few months ago implying that I am somehow taking credit for some machine work that I had another shop perform at the time, because I did not own the equipment to do certain things. See Attached screenshot photo of email from [redacted].
He then called me 9-8-14 to "ask me nicely" to remove photos and videos because he heard "you are ripping people off", I refused stating he is not named or attached to the image of the white Camaro, or to CP Motorworks, Inc. in any way.
If I can provide more information please let me know.
[redacted]
