Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: As I said before I received no help from reaching out to the number you are listingI sent plenty of e-mails to your receptionist ***I also spoke to *** and *** ***, who went out and showed us the property and everyone just turfed me over to the receptionist. I had not made no more complaints because I couldn't sit around letting my house smell like sewer and having my toilets and showers backed up. After spending thousands of dollars on plumbers I decided enough was enoughLike I stated various times the issue was placed during the warranty time and obviously never fixed, which I made very clear on e-mails sentAttached is a text message from *** stating I could either call or send an e-mailAgain, getting no response with phone calls I would e-mailI also spoke to *** *** who under my understanding was in charge of the remodeling in my areaAfter not getting any help I finally looked at all paper work and saw *** *** listed and send her an e-mail she stated she would get my complaint to "the correct person"After a week of no response I e-mailed again, and again she sent to "correct person"

Mrs*** purchased a home from CP Originations on August 17, 2017. We offered Mrs*** a day warranty on all plumbing and electrical systems in the home. We offer this warranty on every owner financed home we sell because we have never occupied the property and we are unaware
of any issues in the plumbing and electrical systems at the time of closingWe received a call from Mrs*** on August (email attached) stating she had low water pressure and no hot water in the shower. CPO sent a representative that cleaned the valves and fixed the hot water issue by August 24th. There were no more service calls regarding plumbing issues. Mrs*** did call again on September (email attached) stating there was a spark in the electrical panel. On September 12, CPO sent an electrician and the issue was resolvedThese are the only service calls we received from Mrs*** during the warranty period. At closing, our borrowers are instructed to call *** with any warranty issues, so we can properly track and resolve any issues they may have. She signed a contract that included an "as-is" addendum and I can find no documentation about "closing papers indicate we are connected to public sewer". I am not sure where she sees on the sellers contract where we would connect the plumbing to public sewer. I am also confused about the days she is talking about as that is nowhere in the papers we signed and we have never offered a day warranty. We would be happy to help Mrs*** and give her our contractors contact information to help fix any issues she may be having. They are very fair on pricing and would charge Mrs*** a fair rate. We would also be willing to help explain to Mrs*** how to service her septic system and give her contact numbers for companies that provide those services. I personally live at a home with a septic system and we are not connected to the city sewer and have lived there for years

I previously attached the warranty calls documents that were received on the phone line that is designated at closing to be the number used to report any warranty issues. The first call was placed on 8-18-so I know Mrs*** was aware of the correct number to call. All calls received were addressed and managed timely. I see copies of pictures and text messages but cannot recognize any connection to the *** phone number that all warranty calls are sent to. We have a lot of employees and I cannot tell from the text message who you are speaking too. I am also confused as to why it's been months and we have no record of any issues since the last warranty call we received on 9-11-regarding an electrical issue. The document being used to reference "public sewer"" is from a third party appraiser who is not employed by CPO. I have attached copies of listings in that area, provided by the appraiser, that show all homes in that area are on city sewer. He used previous sales in the area, I assume, to come to that conclusion. CPO purchased the property and never lived in the home, selling the home in condition, with a warranty to cover plumbing and electrical for days. We never gave any guarantee as to the status of the city sewer connection or possible lack thereof. One text references the HVAC system not being installed timely. It is company policy to install the HVAC system after closing and in coordination with the homeowner giving access to the property. If Mrs*** was having issues with this and not calling the *** number that she called two other times to report warranty issues, then we would have no knowledge of the status or any issues she may have had. We have employees come and go and I cannot rely on copies of text messages to people whom are not responsible for dealing with post-closing issues. That is why company policy mandates calling ***Now we are months past the closing date and I am willing to help Mrs*** find the most reasonable fix for any issue she may be having with her plumbing
