Review: I purchased my 2nd car from [redacted] in January 2013. I was told that the pre-owned 2010 Corolla was "certified" and passed "a multi-point certification process". However, when I returned to [redacted] on July 1, 2013 for a routine oil change, I was informed that all 4 of my tires were bald. I informed the Used Car manager, [redacted], that I just purchased the car 6 months ago. He claims that since I drove over 15,000 miles in that time that it is common to need new tires. I explained to him that when I purchased my other Corolla in 2012 and drove the same miles in 6 months I did not need new tires so therefore he sold me this Corolla with less than inferior tires already on it. He informed that I would not be granted new tires. I then left [redacted] and took the Corolla to 2 other mechanics, [redacted] and my brother, a licensed mechanic for over 15 years. I was assured by both mechanics that driving 15,000 miles in 6 months does NOT warrant new tires unless the tires were already poor to begin with. MOst tires last 40-50,000 miles, not 15,000. This proves that [redacted] sold me a "Pre-Certified" Corolla with unsafe and already bald tires. I will not continue to do business with such a dishonest company. I purchased TWO Corollas in as many years from this dealer and expect better treatment for I believe myself to be a loyal customer.Desired Settlement: I desire 2 new tires to replace the bald tires on my vehichel and reimbursement for the two new tires I had to pay [redacted] to put on my car in the amount of $190. I was unable to travel for the 4th of July vacation I planned without two new rear tires so I had to choice but to purchase them from [redacted] so I desire reimbursement for those and 2 new front tires from Conicelli.

Review: My wife and I went to purchase a 2014 [redacted]. After driving the car we selected a DEMO on the showroom floor. The dealer stated the car had 5000 miles and was priced at $25600. The sign on the car clearly said was $25,600 now $21,454. When we offered that price we were told no, thats not your price, but $23,500. The sign did not have any fine print, or other statements. The manager was called and he said, "Who took my other sign?" That's not the price I can offer you. I pointed out that there were no exceptions on the sign, just a "WAS" price, and A "NOW" price. I think this kind of deceptive pricing should not be allowed to go on.Desired Settlement: A phone call from the owner telling me that I should have received the price that was advertised. Also, that they are checking too make sure this kind of advertising is not permitted at their dealership.
