We informed Mr*** that we called Driveshafts Unlimited to confirm his complaintWe were told that it was the universal joints that were installed incorrectly not the driveshaftsMr*** paid $to have the universal joints ajusted
Since we did not install the universal joints that needed correcting Mr*** needs to go back to the place that did install the universal joints incorrectly
Now the brake release handle issue; it had not been installed properlyIt came off every time you pulled itWe did fix it correctly for the customer as a courtesy even though we did not break it
The jeep has a lot of issues we informed the customer ofHe said he was aware of the other problems but was "fixing it up"
