CP towing at the instruction of the local law enforcement to tow a vehicle has not reported any statements to the abandoned vehicle or Dept of revenue as required also 2 days after being towed and the day that I found out that it was towed the charge they stated to me was $450 $225 towing fee $35 a day and that was on the second day on the following Friday stated that it was $450 and then I spoke with them again and it was stated after I asked for the report number that was not accessible until Monday 5 a.m. over a week later and that it was $505 and that the sheriff's department required them to charge a regulated cost or towing and storing apparently this is why they're not part of the Revdex.com and are acting as if they are not regulated by any calls and taking advantage of situations that they believe they can get more money out of when it's way outside of normal rates and standards they got my motorcycle from and where they towed it to is less than 6 miles

Explanation of Charges To be held accountable for their actions and to reimburse my lost of transportation and also Abad guidelines laws and regulations that are required of a respectable business and if not then to close their doors and not do business if they can't do it equally without discrimination
Vehicle was towed in the early morning hours of 1-24-2020 per request of *** County Sheriffs Dept for vheicle being left abandoned in travel lane of *** and was towed to our impound lot in Opelika, AL.
1/30/20 gentleman called claiming to be owner VERY upset about the fact it was towed, about the price to get it out of impound and he had to have cash and drivers license to get it out. He said that we would all be arrested by the US Marshall.
1-31-2020 5:54 pm guy called about bike wanting the charges. and needing document # for reporting abandoned vehicle called from number ***
2-2-2020 *** road side assistance called at 12:25 am to have this vehicle towed from our office location stating that it was out of gas. We informed *** road side assistance that this vehicle was in our impound lot and that outstanding chargeds must be paid in full before it could be released. sheriff was notified that the guy was trying to take vehicle without paying and that he has not been pleasant on the phone. sheriff told us to tell him to contact sheriff depart for any further communications. file warrant if he continues to make vulgar phone calls.

I had not been vulgar at all with the company I have recordings of the phone calls the first phone call to them was on 126 I have phone records stating that and a police report also stating that and apparently this business is full of lies falsified information and deception also and they still haven't stated that they reported it at all to anyone that they had it I'd be happy to share the recording with Cody stating on it that the sheriff's department regulated them to charge $225 a tow and $35 a day and I have phone records stating where I called on Sunday the 26th and we'll be happy to produce documentation I would like to produce documentation on here so that the truth is shown by the police report and it stayed in it being on side of the road not in the travel Lane and stated that it was lean over on its side also Cody States this on the phone call that was recorded and documented and my insurance company stated that they could send a bill and a statement to them in a legal manner that is used by all businesses and demanding cash only only shows how underhanded and deceitful their actions are by not producing any paperwork are legal documentation of this transaction failure to and Lane vehicle unclaimed our failure to notify owner and or lienholder shall forfeit all claims Orleans or garage or parking prior to the date of report www. Am I to guess who their attorney is just as they expect someone to know that they have their property...?Is this another of their secret shady services to steal someone's property through deception and lies...So I'm to speak to their representative for my property that they are keeping from me...? How, Who, and why haven't their attorney contacted me in the matter of my property and why is there no (Known) option or course or procedure to dissolve this situation directly left to pursue without a"poke in the dark" method of action... STANDARD ACTIONS FOR SIDE WAYS SHADY SERVICES STILL IN FULL SUPPLY of actions to NOT do business, but to "protect" their possession of property they do not own to the"claims" of a service they provided...? Kind of like a bank robber steals the money from the bank and then turns around and open a bank account what the stolen money at that bank and then it's expecting the bank honor these services as if it was genuinely honestly RIGHTFULLY the bank robber's money because of possession....(forced "business") I can't go to someone's house and cut their tree down and haul it off and give them a bill for my services expect them to pay and if they don't take something of theirs for compensation of my services that I performed for them.... the same as taking property and demanding a financial gain for the return of it... ARE THEY ALSO IN THE BUSINESS OF TAKING SOMEONE'S DOG AND THEN RETURNING IT AND CLAIMING THE REWARD, and if the owner either has to pay or not get his dog back....?
