We are an on-line medical supply company. By law, we cannot resell an item that has been opened, hence we cannot take open items back, as is the case with all on-line medical supply companies.  The gentleman ordered the wrong size item, we were willing to offer him the correct size at our cost....

 Our return policy states that open items cannot be returned and we stress this to folks when they call in to speak to a customer service reps.

Review: Recent purchase of replacement [redacted] on order # [redacted] resulted in getting a product too small. This item was shipped in a small box unsealed. Item is a simple head strap made in China to attach to CPAP mask replacing wore out original strap. This is not a heart valve transplant and sold for $36.00 with no way to determine if it will fit when purchased. When removed from box and attached to mask it was clear that it would not be possible to make it fit. The following day after receipt I contacted the company to exchange for proper unit and was told it could not be returned.

We are a small online CPAP Supply company, selling medical equipment. As with most online medical companies, we do not take back product that has been opened, because it can not be resold. This is stated in our return policy on our website.

We have a customer service line that he could have called prior to ordering for sizing advise.

We would have offered to sell the customer another item at cost with free shipping however, he hung up on our sales representative before offer could be made.

If customer knows what he needs or would like to call us we will help him fugure out which headgear he needs and send it to him at no cost. [redacted]

Ordered some products on here and choose to get 2 day shipping. The products were as described, but beware of the 2 day, as you may not receive it in 2 days. I received it days later and was not allowed a refund.

Review: I order a [redacted] Cushion for my CPAP mask and it is the wrong size. They are saying once the package is open they can not take it back. It has never been used and the package is not all tore up. All I want is to return this one for the right size. I will pay for the postage back. I just do not want to be stuck with a product that I can not use. just want the right size one is all.Desired Settlement: just the right size product at no additional cost. I am a senior citizen that cannot afford to throw away $ 60.00 for nothing.
