Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: Rma? I did not see a Rma # but I thought I did exactly what the website said regarding return, Marie told me they would send it back to me, I do not want it, and where is it? I was also told they would accept return days after days for shipping. It is so obvious that they have all these hoops to jump through to do the return right and if you don't do exactly as they say then you must pay full amount, they got you coming and going. I do not have tracking for shipping, like a fool I did not think I needed it. All I know is that I sent it back to them, I am Percent sure they have it, they have my $plus they $for they day trialThey will take the product that I sent back to them and use it to do the same to some other sucker like me. What a racket!!
She said that people get so upset with Marie, what does that say about their return policy? I could not use their "nomask" as I found it very uncomfortable. I was disappointedIn order to make money they scam us with sleep apnea. Pure and simple, they stole $from me, and I am barely getting by. Thank You for your time,

Terrible customer service! They came out to measure glass on a wall unit to replace the door (21"x50"). I called at least 3 times and they NEVER returned my call. Then we had to leave town.

After being out of town for about 6 months I called upon our return and was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did. Again we had to leave.

On 6/28/16 at 11:40 AM I called again (and for the next 15 minutes) NO ONE answers the phone and there is NO way to leave a message. Is my business not important to them? Am I not important?

I'm thoroughly disgusted with their lack of caring. From here on I'm using Steven's Glass in Boaz. Thank heaven there IS an alternative!

35 days past shipping was March 19 to charge. Sepi charged him on March 20th because there was no RMA# requested and we had no record of it being returned. The customer called on 3-25 and spoke to Marie regarding the...

$149 charge. He said ‘why did you charge, I returned it’. Marie explained the 30-day offer and told him he was suppose to get an RMA#, he didn’t get one, and sent it back without one. We have no record of it being received. Marie asked him for a tracking number on the package, he didn’t have one. Since he didn’t follow the procedure of the offer/agreement and we didn’t have the package back….he was charged. Marie has it in her notes when she spoke to him and NEVER once told him we got it back.
 
People get so upset with Marie because THEY didn’t read the offer details and follow the procedures. Marsha

Companies such as this nomask.com know very well what they’re doing. As their original response indicated, “people get upset with Marie all the time...” for not following the rules as stated on every page, shouldn’t that have prompted the business owner to think “hmmm, since it would appear that so many customers seem to be experiencing an issue with our return policy maybe we aren’t explaining it clearly enough?”

I understand that some people try to take advantage over things such as this, but I cannot help but feel this company knows exactly what they’re doing and are preying on those people who experienced some type of issue related to this company’s return policy, and rather than choosing to correct this issue they’ve instead chosen to profit from it.

Because of this, I would not do business with a company who makes this their practice. Shame on them!

Review: I purchased their 30 day trial for $9.95 off their website NOMASK.COM.I did not like it, returned it as required before 30 days and was charged $149.00 on my credit card. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do, and yes they did receive my product on time, but still would not refund my money. I followed refund instructions on their site.They say they got my product within the 30 days, so they have my product and my $149.00Desired Settlement: I just want them to honor their end of their agreement like I did, refund my money by crediting my credit card $149.00Thank You!!
