emails to him after we indicated that he was unsubscribed. He deserves and apology. We attempted to unsubscribe him manually and we were unsuccessful. Additionally, he also received an email from us today (4/14). We are sorry for that as well.I have been by my IT team that this will not happen again to him or anyone else.Scott
[redacted] has been removed from our database and will no longer receive emails from us. Our system offers a one-click unsubscribe that is SPAM compliant. We attribute the error with [redacted] to be user error in using the unsubscribe link.
