We appreciate the great feedback!

My family and I didn't have a great experience with this company. Completely took advantage of my dad by not telling him that he was signing a contract with them. One of their supervisors was out of line and extremely unprofessional when emailing my father. On top of that, they took such a long time to give us a date to come fix the roof. Kept calling us for the *** check and once they got the check they ghosted us. It took *** 2 months to set a date to come change the roof. We've never had such a bad experience with a company. If they were to contact you I wouldn't work with them. Make sure you get the information you need before going with them.

Please focus on what matters in these hard times!

Great company. They only use top quality materials and go all the way down to the decking. The Ice and Water Shield instead of tin makes a much more durable roof. All jobs have a company representative at the site to make sure the whole system is done perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

From first contact to finished product, we couldn't be happier with our new roof. We received quick responses, the people we spoke with were knowledgeable without being pushy, and the craftsmanship was solid. We highly recommend CPE Roofing!

The people from CPE Roofing LLC, including the owner and his associates named Leonardo and Mike are threatening me of a fraudulent $2,500 scam/lawsuit
I got a knock on my door on April 20th, 2020 in the morning and two people name Leonardo and Mike who claimed that they are representing CPE Roofing was seen when I opened the door. I asked them what I can help them with and they started saying that there was a bunch damaged roofs fr9m the hail in the area. I asked how they know and they responded that they have been seeing it in the neighborhood without pointing out exactly which house they went.
I asked them what they are here for. They said that if I allow them that They will inspect my roof to look for damage and if they find damage that they can help me call my insurance company in order to help replace my roof. I told them that I am not paying them anything for inspecting or calling my insurance. They said it is free that they just want to help me identify and get a new roof from my insurance. They said that they are inspecting and helping to call my insurance for free as that will make me consider them for the job if the insurance accepts my claim. They further told me that if I consider them for the roofing job after my claim is approved, that they will fix any other thing that is damaged in my house, of which I showed them bathroom. They stated that they are a full construction company.
They stated that in order for them to start that I have to sign a non-binding contract to allow my insurance to speak with them as a potential contractor who have inspected the roof. They falsely claimed that the contract is non-binding as NO WORK ORDER has been signed or discussed with me and them yet. They falsely and fraudulently claimed that I can dismiss their service at anytime. They also promised that only when my insurance company approves my claim, will their owner visit my house at my request and legally or officially discuss and negotiate a BINDING WORK ORDER. I told them I reserve the right to switch to any roofing company of my choice at any time before signing the BINDING WORK ORDER Contract and they agreed and confirmed that I HAVE 3 DAYS after I sign the BINDING WORK ORDER CONTRACT to change my mind according to Texas law.
A couple of days later my insurance sent a third party inspector to inspect the damages to my house. To my surprise, they were not able to represent me in asking questions to the inspector as I did the asking and pointing of possible damages myself. They did take some pictures from their initial inspection.
However, after the inspection, my insurance company reviewed the inspection report and denied to replace my roof except some fence, gutter and screen. They said my roof is still okay. I told them this and they said that they will reach out to the insurance company.
After 3 days, I tried to reach out to Leonardo and was unable to get in touch with him for three days. Within those days, it hailed in my area again, and another company knocked on my door and solicited the same service of representing me. I told them of my previous experience with insurance denying it and they promised that they will work harder and having not spoken to Leonardo or Mike. I called them and left a voicemail message for Leonardo to cancel their service and contract as they haven't fulfilled their promises and has been unable to communicate with me adequately.
3 weeks later, I received a call from the insurance company that they will come for a re-inspection and this was after I had a new roofing company send more pictures to my insurance. CPE roofing associates also arrived at my house on the 19th of May, 2020. Mike claimed that they brought the re-inspection as he meet KLM roofing, who I also have communicated with in regards to the re-inspection. Leonardo stated that he sent me a text few days back to remind me that a re-inspection from my insurance is set. I advised him that had left him a voicemail message to cancel their services. The associates of CPE got loud, rude, and unprofessional attempting to bad mouth everyone including me, and the KLM

Desired Outcome

Associates. The KLM associates told them that both KLM and CPE has no right that the home owner decides what he wants. Mike and Leonardo from CPE got the owner of their company on the phone, who started threatening me of lawsuit after he conceded that I reserve the right to hire anyone that I want. I told CPE to desist from contacting me or coming to my property. They threatened that they will sue me for $2,500. I want Revdex.com to assist in having them understand that. They are fraudulently threatening people and desist from their fraud practices of illegally signing non binding contract and using that to extort money from law abiding citizens of Texas.

First of all we are sorry that our customer feels that way. As the our contract states in BOLD letters, it is indeed a binding contract. We explain the process in great detail and have a system that ensures everything is clear:
Mr. signed our contract and process, further more we have spent money on this file to schedule a re inspection with a different adjuster which we were able to get approved.
The owner of the company, Gilad *** has sent a welcome text to the customer on 04/22/2020 which outlines the entire process.
Two of our Heroes attended the adjuster meeting on behalf of Mr.Nwankwo on 04.23.2020 after that meeting we have used all our resources and time to ensure Mr. gets a second opinion from the insurance company.
On 05.04.2020 Leonardo contacted Mr. to check if the insurance company contacted him. On 05.07.2020 he has done so again. On 05.08.2020 Leonardo called again, Mr. answered and he was told he needs to prove he replaced the roof in 2013 when the insurance company paid for it last.
After several calls to follow the re inspection was approved on 05.14.2020 and set for 05.19.2020

As seen here CPE was in constant contact with Mr. and he decided to breach the contract by signing with another contractor. Thus he owes CPE $2,500

Thank you.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First, and again CPE did not sign a work order with me. They did not order or deliver merchandise to my residence. The only thing they did was offer me a free inspection of my roof which they to help for my insurance to initiate and pay my roof. They expressively stated that I will deserve the right t9 choose any contractor of my choice if they succeed in having my insurance pay my roof. The insurance claim was rejected. I sent them a voicemail to discontinue further actions. My insurance never approved my roof claim, hence, there is not even a contract or project to work on. CPE associates were rude, unprofessional and provoking on my premises when all state adjuster came for inspection. They never delivered any thing promised, there was never an invoice, or goods delivered. Hence, their threats are scams to the home owner. Their business practice needs to be investigated and the public need to be aware of their scams. I have a proof that my roof claim was never approved, I have evidence that I left voicemail to them after the claim was denied. They have no proof of delivering any materials to my house and they have no proof of any invoice or estimates of work performed. And at such, they need to stop harassing home owners. I have heated two other different h9me owners complaining of their scam tactics.

CPE IS LIFE Response • Jun 19, 2020

First of all no one has ever made a threat. A threat is when someone says they'll harm another person physically. Filing a law suit is not a threat. We have worked hard for our customer. We spent money on this file to get a re inspection and without us that would have never happened. The resolution is very simple, either we meet to discuss the next step, or we are owed $2,500 as our contract states.

We would be very happy to work this out. If the customer can provide a denial letter stating everything was denied in full, the $2,500 is irrelevant and we can all move on.

Thank you.

Customer Response • Jun 27, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Like I said earlier, the insurance denied the roof claim. Enclosed here is the insurance adjuster number and their estimate for my fence, and art f my gutters. Floyd *** is the adjuster who came out for re-inspection. Also by the way, it wasn't CPE that guaranteed re-inspection. I told the insurance from KLM that I will order an appraisal. That made them come out. CPE promised a new roof, I didn't get that. It sounds comical for you guys asking for damages when I didn't even get any benefit. I will call it case closed if CPE will d the same.

Falsification of work order on my Roof inspection
It had hailed a day before April 19th, 2020 in my neighborhood Arlington Texas. Some young men arrived with my friend at my door step based on referral from from him to ascertain possible hail damage to my roof and the young men claim they were CPE roofing. They Inspected the roof and confirmed damages to the shingles. Prior to that,I had consulted with other roofing Companies to validate the hail damage. The men from CPE roofing where suppose to send me an estimate for a work order as all other roofing companies that I had engaged had done; to itemize the nature, scope and cost of the work to be done. It never happened , instead they kept calling for an insurance check without a proper work order offering me a $1000 dollars in return if I use them and promising to fix every possible damage in my house interior and exterior which I disagreed and insisted for an estimate as required by my insurance. At this point in time I never got an estimate and realized it was beginning to look fraudulent. Hence I decided and informed CPE that I will not use them and they should refrain from harassing and showing up at our house uninvited. Little did I know, that it was actually was I suspected. I recently received a letter on behalf of CPE roofing demanding $2875 for simply doing nothing. The information I got from the friend who referred them what that they did same to him. At this time where the economy is biting hard on people the least thing a home owner wants his a company trying to perpetrate fraud. I think I am not the only one they have done this too and I will encourage anyone one out there who has faced similar situation in the hands of CPE roofing to speak up. I will like to thank Revdex.com for a platform like this were customers can report shady business practice as demonstrated by CPE roofing. Once again thanks for looking into this issue and if there is any further information you desire, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email or phone contact.

Desired Outcome

I will want CPE roofing to discontinue any further claim because I have no contract or work order with them, as this is within my legal right. And any further claim from them will be deal with legally. Thanks for mediating on the issue.

CPE IS LIFE Response • Jun 04, 2020

First of all we are sorry our customer feels that way. He statements are false and are stated since Mr. doesn't want to pay his out of pocket expense and would like to commit insurance fraud. We did everything we promised we would do and everything our documents have stated. We are now owed $2,500 plus attorney fees.

If we were "shady" social media would show just that. We are the complete opposite and what Mr. did here is considered slander. If he won't agree to state the truth and pay us what we deserve we will also sue for slander.

Customer Response • Jun 11, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First and foremost CPE roofing is the fraudulent company my insurance company is guiding me against.I am not the first complainant in this company's bad practice. There have been complains far back in October of 2019 from customers.my question is to CPE roofing what service did you perform for me. Please state categorically, if you cannot, then you are actually a fraudulent company and should not be in business.

CPE IS LIFE Response • Jun 19, 2020

What is written here is slander, and that is illegal. We have impeccable online reputation for a reason. We would like to resolve this, but now that this person decided to say we are a "fraudulent company" he will have to prove that in order for us to not file a law suit for slander.

We would very much like to put this behind us. We have families we work very hard for. Daily.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Well, I was hoping the company will outline services they offered me that amounted to $2500. It is still surprising how they came up with $2500 and legal fee. I reserve the right to the contractor I engage to work on my roof. I don't understand what insurance fraud they alleged I committed. That part I find irrelevant. I have put that behind me.

Top quality company to work with. They did my fence and roof and helped me along the way working with my insurance.

The crews for both projects were friendly and paid close attention to detail. They answered all my question and put my mind at ease. I now have a great looking new roof and back fence.

They did such a great job that I will be seeking their assistance on other home repair / upgrades in the future.

Excellent company to do business with. From the start they explained step by step the process for the repairs, from the insurance claim to the completion of the repairs. It was like having an attorney by my side when I made the insurance claim and when the adjuster was doing the damage assessment. A CPE Roofing representative kept in constant communication with me informing me of the progress, even the owner and the president of the company stop by my property a couple of times to make sure that the work was being done correctly. Everything was done as planned and right. I am very satisfy.
Thank you CPE Roofing

We appreciate the great feedback!

Good afternoon,

Thank you for responding, my name is ***, to begin I will start from the beginning as I remember. Pulling weeds in my front yard one day, a young man walks by and stop,,,idle chat at first, then ask me about my roof. I told him a had , had a few leaks but my neighbow used tubes of roofing material to try and stop leaks. I can not climb yet cause of a bad foot. Anyway, he asked if he could inspect, told him ok, he said he will later need me to sign saying I gave him permission to access my roof. So,,,said he saw damage, we called State Farm, got a claim #, the man from State Farm said he will set appointment for a couple weeks out. So, the guy had me sign a couple papers, I take a person at their word, guess was my mistake. He placed a sign in my yard, I asked him what he was doing, he does not have the job yet, he chuckles. Anyway,,State Farm called a few days later with a date, I had mentioned the roofer asked to be there,( he said so if he needs to argue with them.) State Farm requested he not be there same time cause of the virus, so I txt him, and told him. He txt back, said his boss said was my house I can have him there I I want,,, I txt him, told him they request him not to be there, that I did not want State Farm to get upset and not do a good estimate if they find things. He said he was coming anyway,,,well,,,he did anyway. I do not know if State Farm did not like it, they did not mention. He said let me know when you get their estimate and left. Well State Farm gave me estimate and issued me a check for $ 5,228.96. The RCV on estimate was$5,906.58, I really did not understand a lot of their figures until I talked with their catastrophe unit. I txt CPE Roofing, told Hamza they left an estimate and also a check. He asked how much was estimate, I reminded him he had never gave me an estimate after asking him several times, they also left me a check , he excitedly asked for how much, so I told him. He asked me to send him copies of estmate by txt, I called State Farm, they said was ok to share, so I did. Next day he txt me, I reminded him he had not given me an estimate or contract, he said,,again,,,soon, but our estimate is $5,906.58....hmmm,,,I said,,,how convenient,,,,same as State Farms, he chuckles, I told him I was not gonna use him cos he was too high, that out of the $5,228.96, I also needed to pay for exterior damage to window and screens, plus interior damage caused from water damage. I had two other lower estimate's. He did not like this,,got upset, said no, you have a contract with me. I told him bye, please come get your sign. I feel he has used deceptive and unethical practices to get me to sign and get the job. I mention sign,,,well,,,I found an email from him dated 3/11/2020 in my junk mail, I opened, the subject line said,,,Inspection,,,but it was a contract I signed. Soon, I started receiving nasty and threating txt from him and his boss,,,accusing me of wanting to keep mooney,,,from Insurance fraud, to a lawsuit, this kept up for several days, not they leave messages in my mail box if I did not respond in 48 hours and give them a check for $5,906,58, I will be paying this,,plus lawyer fees and court cost. I have not responded to any of their txt, not wanting to get in an argument of words. I also did not see on State Farm estimate, says after I show them new roof was put on, they will release a retainage check of $1,871.83 I told the lady, I had a cheaper estimate I was going with, that I would not need this, and asked if I need to send the left over money to them, cause CPE Roofing wanted to sue me for Insurance fraud, she said do not worry since we are not sending you the retainer check.

I had the new roof put on last Saturday, estimate was $4,000, and this left me enough to have the other damages taken care of soon. Also, CPE never did discuss the estimate, materials they would use, the color of shingles I wanted.

I am not wanting to play a sympathy card, but I take memory meds, and sometimes need to digest things a few days before I remember. I received a head injury in Viet Nam, have partial hearing and eyesight loss on tight side, the memory , effected the memory part of my head, memory tends to get a little worse as I get older. If would help, I have copies of studies from a retired neurologist from the Navy.

Well,,,I hope you will be able to help, as for me,,,taking people at their word,,,I need to start reading before I sign anything.

Thanks for Your help,

Please stay safe

Hello,

First of all I'm sorry our customer feels the way he does.

We have a very clear process and it is explained in full before we ask for our customer to sign the documents. Everything was great until Mr. received the insurance scope of loss and check. Mr. asked us to do the roof for less than the replacement cost value of the approved work by his insurance company. As our documents state very clearly we explained to Mr. that is not possible, it is considered insurance fraud and also breaks the deductible law. Both Hamza (Roofing Hero) and *** (Owner of the company) tried to explain things to Mr., we offered to meet and Mr. chose to hung up the phone and ignore all our text messages.

By completing the work, Mr. breached the contract and now owes $2,500. We are attaching the documents for proof.

Thank you.

CPE had great customer service all the way through the process. Their work was spectacular and we would definitely recommend them again.

CPE IS LIFE Response • Dec 27, 2019

We truly appreciate the great feedback!

CPE Roofing Company provided wrong information and mislead me to sign their contract and now they are threatening for a legal action against me.
Several roofing companies came to my house to check on my roof and suggested to replace my roof. But I told to wait for next hail season(November and December 2019). But one of the Roofing company(CPE Roofing) requested to discuss their A+ rating and more than 15 years of roofing experience with me on october 10th, 2019. During my lunch time at 12:00 PM CST, three people from CPE Roofing company came to me and explained their A+ reputation and their roofing experience as a well reputed company. Then they told me to call my insurance company to start a roof replacement claim to get my claim number. Then they told me that they have A+ rating on roof replacement with high quality and told me to sign a contract paper with out providing any of their service, materials and warranty details. After signing the paper they told me that they will send the copy with their company details. After half an hour they sent copy of the contract paper with out any other details around 12:30 PM CST. And they mentioned that, I am not in a position to compare their service with anybody else. And If I don't give my contract to them after insurance approval, I am supposed to pay $2500 to them. They told somebody has to come to my home to sign another contract paper when the insurance adjuster come to my house for inspection and approval. Immediately I requested their service credentials and consumer reviews on their past experience and told that I can't proceed the contract without getting more details on their experience and materials/warranties they offering on the same day October 10th at 12:35 PM CST. Now they wanted to start the roofing contract by force and they threatening for a legal action against me on breach of contract. The representative from CPE roofing came to my house on Monday october 14th, when the insurance adjuster came and forced to sign the contract and we refused to sign their contract paper without providing their past roofing experience and their warranties.

Yesterday my family is so much worried about their legal action threatening, I called their office and told that I am not interested to proceed any roof replacement contract with them unless they void their initial contract paper signed by me without providing any of their service details. They verbally explained their A+ and reputed service details at my home was not found when I researched about CPE Roofing and they started roofing recently. I would like to take quotation from two other more 15 years and A+ rated DFW roofing companies for my roof replacement.

I am paying to insurance company a good amount of money and I need to take responsibility to get the right contractor for my job. My wife also have very bad experience with CPE roofing representative during his visit on Monday October 14th.

Please help me to resolve my family issue with CPE roofing customer abuse.

Thanks

Desired Outcome

I needs to evaluate three roof replacement quotations including CPE Roofing to find the right A+ rated and and minimum 10 years of experienced roofing contractors to finalize my roofing contract. Insurance company give six month time to replace my roof and told that they deposit initial payment to start my work also advised me to wait for next hail season November and December 2019.

September 12th 2019, a representative of CPE Roofing worked in Mr. neighborhood and spoke with him. After performing a FREE inspection, CPE Roofing determined the roof needs a full replacement. Mr. Was ready to work with CPE Roofing and a meeting was set to go over the contract.
Mr. Set up a follow up meeting to October 10th 2019. *** Rubinsky, Owner and CEO, Tony *** COO and Zachary *** CPE Roofing Hero in training all attended the meeting to take an opportunity to meet a very nice individual and train Zachaery.
During this meeting Mr. expressed that he doesn't want to pay his deductible, and that now it's time to get what he deserves from the insurance company, and wanted CPE Roofing to assist to make it happen.
Gilad *** and Tony *** went into detail for over 2 hours on rules and regulations of Texas and how CPE Roofing operates 100% according to all laws.
They also told Mr. time and time again that this might not be a good fit and if he is not looking for quality work and to pay what he owes by law signing with CPE Roofing is not a good idea. He then said that he wants to do it right.
CPE Roofing explained in detail the work that will be performed and the vast experience and credentials the company has which are all outlined in the company's website as well. Tony *** read the contract to Mr. and stopped after every section for questions and Mr. kept saying how standard the contract is and so understandable and straight forward. Gilad *** explained the breach of contract clause for almost 30 minutes before accepting a signature from Mr. to ensure there are absolutely no misunderstandings. Mr. Was happy to sign and file the claim to get the process starting.
Right after the meeting Mr. started sending emails to Tony *** about doubts that were all addressed in the meeting that just occurred. Tony *** has addressed every single one of them including the fact our website is on all documents and all email signatures and has all the information we provided in the meeting in detail. Mr. Asked that we attend the adjuster meeting with his insurance company that took place on September 14th 2019. After Mr. learned the roof was approved he then decided he can just find another contractor that will help him avoid paying his deductible.
CPE Roofing made it clear to Mr. that he can pay $2,500 to breach the contract, perform the work order agreement or we will have no choice but to file a law suit.

Gilad *** made an attempt to sort this with Mr. as well, but all he requests is to get out of a contract he signed after CPE Roofing already spent time and resources to assist him in the process.

CPE Roofing will be very happy to work things out with Mr. and his family. CPE Roofing was nothing but professional, transparent and honest from day one and will continue to do so.

We hope this can be resolved quickly.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
During my lunch time at 12:00 PM CST 3 people from CPE roofing came to my house and they explained me that CPE Roofing is the best roofing company with A+ rating, and they forced me to call my insurance company and start the claim. Instantly I got the claim number from insurance company. Then they told me that they are the best A+ rating roofing , so can do the roofing replacement with best quality. They told me to sign a paper and I mentioned that without knowing your performance and service details I am not ready to sign the any paper. Then they forced me to sign that paper and when asked a copy for me to review, they told they will send it to me by email and I didn't get a chance to read my signed paper. My lunch time was just 30 minutes. Then I realized that 3 people coming from CPE Roofing to my house to corner me to get the paper signed and forced to get my roof replacement work with out providing any proof on their service experience. I couldn't review the contract paper during our discussion and also they didn't given a copy before they left the house. Later they sent the signed copy by email after some time on that day and they explained to me that "Now onwards I am
signed a contract with CPE Roofing company with a penalty clause of $2500". Then I surprised and realized that they corner me to force to sign the paper and the information they provided as best A+ service and work experience was wrong and misleading to influence me. I feel that was a cheating and corning me to get my contract by cPE Roofing.

I never met any of the person CPE Roofing came to my house on 10th of October and why they forced me to sign the paper by providing wrong work and service rating details. Later I responded to them about they service experience and I researched difference websites about their A+ rating, and I never found that they are a A+ rated roofing contractor.

We had very bad experience with CPE Roofing on cornering me and their forced behaviour to qualify as a good roofing contractor for my house.

My roof is the most important part of my house and should done by a well experienced and A+ rated contractor.

I should get a chance to get 3 quotations to evaluate my best contractor. I don't want to finalize my contract by discussing 30 minutes without getting any valid details about the contractor. I was under stress during my lunch and
work time on that day.

Please consider the information they provided was wrong and misleading to force me to sign the paper.
When I read the contract after they emailed to me and immediately within 30 minutes, I explained the procedure they followed was not the proper and right way.

My family concern is why I am forced to give most important roof replacement contract to a less experienced Roofing company without considering any of A+ rated and more experienced DFW roofing contractors. How can I trust their work, service, and warranty,if they acting at this level at initial discussion time?

My family is so much worried on the activities of CPE Roofing at this time. This is our first bad
experience from a service provider.

Please help me to get back my signed paper.

Thanks

CPE IS LIFE Response • Oct 25, 2019

First of all I would like to mention I truly apologize that Mr. is feeling the things he is feeling and that is how he is describing his experience. This is the first time in our history we get any type of negative review or online compliant.

But, at this point Mr. is slandering CPE Roofing, which is illegal, because the information he is writing is simply untrue. I'll also add that Mr. held Tony *** tablet before signing, read the contract in full, Gilad *** told him "don't sign if you are not 100% ready" he replayed by saying "the contract is standard and I'm ready" Gilad *** made sure that everything is clear and Mr. understands it all before he signed and asked so several times. Mr. also got a copy of the signed contract to his email right away.

Mr. also mentioned the roof is very important to him, but he didn't fix it for 20 years. Without CPE Roofing resources and expertise, he would never be able to understand the process and now he has thousands of dollars from his insurance company and is basically expecting CPE Roofing to walk away and work for free.

We are a family owned business that was opened under one idea - do things the right way. We have families to feed and kids to take care of and we will not risk it for anything. We work according to all laws, we respect all people and we make things very clear. We are also the opposite of "pushy" we ask several times our potential customer if this is what they want to do because we learned that if someone signs a contract without being 100% ready there will be issues down the road.

As mentioned before, Mr. can pay us $2,500 and choose a different contractor, or can meet us to fill out the work order and let us do the work he hired us for as stated on the contract he signed.

We truly hope to reach a solution here soon.

Thank you.

I just given an appointment to discuss to CPE Roofing on October 10th, and I never expected three coming together and make me to sign a contract paper without providing any company details on their first visit. I never met them or saw before.

I didn't know that one appointment for 30 minutes creates this much problems to me and my family. Three people coming to my house and providing wrong and misleading information on CPE roofing A+ rating performance and forced sign a contract paper without showing the contract terms is not legal.

CPE roofing should have given me a copy of the contract or show me to review the contract terms they mentioned in the contract before signing their paper.

I am not able trust a contractor with this type of behavior.

I feel very bad, when I saw the contract papers in the email. They were well planned and organized to get my signature without showing the contract details on my lunch time for 30 minutes. They didn't given the contract papers to review or handover a copy before leaving my house. They sent the paper by email. They told me that they will email the contract papers. I specifically asked them why you requested to sign this paper without providing a copy or allow to review in detail. Without providing any service rating details how can I trust and select a contractor for my job.

CPE roofing believes that by forcing to signing a contract paper and can threaten me to sign any of their contracts. I realized this is their organized behavior later, when they asked me to sign another contract paper without explaining anything. Then I refused to sign it in the second time.

All their reference is given to is their website.

I need to my roof work by paying my deductible and the payment received from insurance in December 2019 as we explained to our roofing contractors inspected my home and advised to start a claim with insurance. Several roofing contractor were inspected our house in 2019 summer and requested to
start a claim with insurance company for roof replacement. To all the roof contractors visited my house I told to contact in December 2019 to pass this year hail season October and November.

I just changed my roof around 10 years ago. frequent changes not good for the house.

The explanation given by CPE Roofing is not right and professional. All explanations given in this complaint by CPE Roofing is not truthful and justifying that I signed the their contract after they explained all the contract terms. I didn't reviewed their contract terms before signing the papers and they are not explained in detail to me and also they are not given a copy to me before or after signing their contract papers.

This activity is totally not legal and professional. Again they forced to sign another contract paper on October 14th.

The total time they spent was 30 minutes of three people explaining their website to get my signature on their well planned contract papers with out
reviewing their contract terms to me.

I can't trust CPE Roofing as a well experienced and reputed Roofing contractor for me, unless they prove their work experience and performance history compared to other experienced roofing contractors in DFW. By signing a void and false contract will not qualify CPE Roofing as a experienced Roofing contractor in DFW.

My family believe this is not right way to select a Roofing contractor.

I believe the stress my family is suffering now is caused by CPE Roofing on my lunch time appointment for 30 minutes in October 10th. Without doing anything wrong we are suffering severe stress in my family. My wife and kids are under stress on the messages sent by CPE Roofing on my phone for legal actions against me and my family.

I need to get my signed contract papers from CPE Roofing as early as possible. I don't know how to resolve this issue.

Please help me

CPE Roofing, LLC was thorough in their explanation of how the process works and the expectations from both the customer and CPE Roofing. They provided dates, contact phone numbers, and constant updates to the customer. The quality of the end product was beyond reproach. I truly would recommend CPE Roofing, LLC to any residential and business potential customers.

We appreciate the great feedback!

CPE roofing were quick and very professional. They did a in attic inspection before and after to ensure no damage to anything in the attic. No other contractor did that for the 3 previous roofing jobs.

I worked with Alex *** and CPE Roofing. I had a great experience and they handled my project very well. Any issue that came up, CPE was quick to take care of it. I recommend working with Alex *** and CPE Roofing. They are the best I recommend to all my neighbors and friends

Everyone at CPE Roofing is AWESOME! From the sales team, to the contractors, and especially the owners. All of our questions and concerns were answered and attended to. The finished roof turned out great, and they even worked with the insurance company to get us new gutters, window screens and exterior paint. But besides the actual work done, the best thing I can say about everyone we dealt with at CPE is they are honest, don't cut corners, and make sure everything is done right and to our satisfaction. Not a lot of companies are willing to go that extra mile. You'll be in good hands with CPE!

Anyone looking for an "honest" company should contact CPE Roofing, they have been open about every step of the process. Whitney explained the details perfectly and Tommy spent the day making sure the crew performed to the company expectations. Superb customer service and great work.
