First I have to say that Rosaly the receptionist was very friendly and gave me a very clear explanation of all the documents I needed Chris found a one bedroom apartment big and affordable for me and one for my mother, on a great location and excellent price, the only bad thing is the waiting time you have to be very patient, we waited for a period of three month but I can say that the waiting was worthyI’ve been leaving in my apartment for eight month already and I have not complains

Extremely unprofessionalChris showed me an apartment that he was not allowed to rent outI was excited and signed the agreement right away and left a $depositOnce he found out that the management company would not rent the apartment out he did not give me back my moneyHe proceeded to try to show me other apartmentsWhen I refused the apartment he got upset and said he would not give me back my depositVery unpleasant experience Would not recommended this broker to anyone
