cpi construction received money to do vinyl siding repair, never did the repair, their tel# not working, I send email no reply from the company.
Re:***, on October 18,2017,Cpi construction was hired to do vinyl siding on a wall, they promised to complete the job in 7-9 days, but took them almost 2 month to finish it, they did most of the work in December during cold and freezing temperature, on May 4th 2018, when we had the windstorm some of the vinyl from the top of the wall starting to come off, I called *** to the site right away to look at it, he looked at it and told me it is not there issues, it is act of god, there is nothing he can do, I disagreed with him saying that it wasn't installed properly that why it is falling off, he said he is not repairing with out getting paid for it, on May 7th,2018, he gave me price of $779.70(include tax) to be paid right away so he can come and fix it on Wednesday May 9th,2018, we paid him the money through email transfer. May 9th came and he never showed up, I called him to find out when he will be fixing the siding, he said he is so busy, he will get to it next week, then I called him next week to ask him when he is doing the siding he got so upset and very rude with me and said I will get to it when ever I get to it and dont call me, up until now the repair is not done and I try to call him 2 weeks ago and his ph#519-320-8950 & 519-535-5363 is not is service, I send him a [email protected]@gmail.com, no reply from him, I am selling the property and I have to have siding repaired for the new buyer. please help me to have him fix the siding.

I have signed a contract that stated price and owner now is trying to increase price based on nothing that I agreed to.
On May 23rd I provided the owner with $4000 cash to purchase materials. I asked in Facebook messages whether or not we could do a cash deal which he stated "yes for sure take the taxes off" and provided me a quote with no tax on labour except for the materials being purchased. As of June 20th very little materials have been brought to our home. He acknowledges that it would take 7 days to complete but it has almost been a month and we are without a deck. He sent me a letter to make labour payment and I had a bank draft for half of labour available for him. I advised that I was paying based on the contract that I signed and that if he felt any additional work needed to be completed that he should of acknowledged and written up a new agreement. He has threatened to place a lean on my property, tells me that he won't give me any money back and refuses to acknowledge the original contract. I advised that I have no problem paying for the gravel, the removal of old deck and I asked for proof of receipts for this. Which he states to take him to court if I want my money. I will now have to submit a claim through small claims court in order to get a refund of my $4000
