Thank You for meeting with me, As per our discussion on Thursday the 4th of December I am following up with a written plan for the repair CPI will be onsite to remove the existing coatings and membrane from the entrance area of the garage on December 20th and 21st.CPI will return on the 24th in the afternoon to put up tent/canopy over the repair area and begin heating with propane heaters, with access to the basement we will heat the slab from below as well to help with the drying and curingCPI will come to the site on the 25th to replenish the fuel for the heaters and check the canopyCPI will arrive to the site on the morning of the 26th of December to begin the coating application process and replenish fuel etcCPI will repeat the schedule from the 26th on the 27th and 28th of DecemberIf and when the coatings are cured enough for traffic, planned for the evening of the 28th, CPI will remove the canopy and heatersIf there is a delay in drying/curing we will contact Tom and Jeff immediately.This approach will allow for us to warrant the coating system due to starting over bare concreteOnce properly cured this coating system comes with a five year warranty As per our discussion CPI will extend our canopy just past the trench drain to the east and patch the area in front of the garage entry while we are completing the other work Please let me know of any questions ***

The work wasn’t done properly, which is what I’ve saying from the start. It is too late in the year to do any recoating now, it would take far too long to cure and we cannot close the garage for that long. If you refer to the Revdex.com dispute, it was for the full amount of $7040 so I will not consider the dispute settled for just $2200.
