Upon research of *** *** complaint and contract for
installation we fail to see a discrepancy between the equipment that was agreed
upon and what was actually installed. Inventory of
his contract and
installation shows everything was installed as signed for by *** ***
Furthermore, on January 13th upon hearing of *** ***l’s dissatisfaction with the service thus far, his original sales
representative offered him one month of service at no cost and two contacts
installed at no cost and both offers were declined by *** ***
CPI feels that this is a generous offer and we look forward
to resolving this matter in a timely fashion.
