Nothing but lies and inconsistency.
RUN AWAY! - Not only does out equipment not work correctly. When appointments are scheduled to fix them - they do not show up. I take off work to be home for 5 hours! No call - nothing. When I call in to reschedule - they tell me I never had an appointment - even though I have email confirmation of the appointment. It is ONLY 3.5 weeks for another appointment.

This is after I moved after having CPI for 8 months and they said I had to remove the entire system to be able to transfer service. They wouldn't even let me pay for the equipment outright and move the service. I tried to pay for the equipment at the old house AND buy new equipment for the new house and was told that I would have to pay out the full contract to be able to GIVE THEM MORE MONEY for equipment.

What a racket. This is not my first Alarm company - I went with them after having Vivint and another local company at two other homes. I would not recommend them, ever. Find someone else.
