[redacted] came in on 10/22/needing a brake job on his [redacted] , we explained what was needed and he approved therepairs , Nothing was was ever discussed about using [redacted] parts at the time , We estimated the brake job using [redacted] parts., [redacted] picked up his vehicle and nothing was wrong at this time.On 11/28/ [redacted] came in and asked to talk to me about that he didn't like the way the brake rotors that they had a coat of rustHe asked me if I used [redacted] parts and I told him no.I advised him if he wanted the [redacted] parts there will be a difference in the priceHe agreed , That same day I calledim and told him the difference would be $and that would be for all rotors and no charge for the labor He said go ahead ,We ordered the rotorsfrom [redacted] , They came in on 11/29/and we called him and advised him that they were in [redacted] came inon 11/30/and droped his vehicle off, We proceeded to accomplish the work being doneWhen we called him about his vehicle being ready he proceeded to tell us that he wanted a copy of the [redacted] invoice [redacted] came to pick up his vehicle and proceeded to insult us by stating that we took the rotors in the backroom and painted themWe offered to show him the ones we took off but he did not want to see them.He paid his invoke and walked out and came right back in stating that the price of what CPM paid [redacted] for the rotors was blanked out , I advised him that no bossiness is going to show their customers what the pay for parts or supplies , Otherwords you don't go to the grocery store and get a pound of ham and ask the owner of the grocery store what he paid for the hamI never got red faced or yelled , I politely told him That I don't give customers the prices on what I paid for parts , He got loud and stated that what a nice guy I was and that he would not be coming back here again and he preceded to leave So I don't believe that I was not that bald face liar that he is talking about.He proceeded to call back I believe from home and stated that he had cameras all around his house and that if anything happened to his home he would come after me, Now [redacted] is twice the size of me so I believe I will notify the Police Dept of the phone callAs far as the rim we did damage the rim when we were repairing the tire on a [redacted] in 2010, I offered to get it fixed but he threw a tantrum and wanted a new one which we provided , We could have had it repaired but he insisted on anew one from [redacted] ,, Repair would have cost $, The new one cost us $ which we provided ,We usually can resolve any Customer problems between the customer and CPM Auto but there is no resolving problems with [redacted] who goes by [redacted] and looking by his history of reviews I don't think thre is a positive review,Read less
CPM has been in business for years and we usually can handle customer problems fairly quickly and amicably , We believe we did everything we could for *** but I guess it's not satisfactory, We redid the brake job both front and rear at no cost except for the difference in the price of the rotors which he agreed before handAt the time of pickup there were no outburst on our part , *** called and threatening the manager if there was anything to happen to his house he would come after us, It was reported to the *** Police, We are in business to make a profit so we can pay our overhead, There is nobody that is in business that would show their customer what they pay for their parts or merchandise We believe *** wanted a *** brake job on a economy budget,
