A representative called from CPN asking to speak to a specific attorney here at the law firm She stated that she can only speak with a business owner She refused to leave a message or state the nature of the call other than it was “a low risk review for the business” I specifically asked if it was a solicitation call and she adamantly denied that it was a solicitation She would not provide any information I asked if she could provide me their website address and she said www.***.com which I immediately looked up It is s solicitation for merchant/credit card services I ended the call I telephoned the ###-###-#### for CPN and requested to speak to a supervisor The customer service refused to connect me, then put me on a long hold, then returned to state that the supervisor is not going to talk to me because I was not a current customer At the end of the call he stated I was on a recorded call, I stated good because I was going to file a Revdex.com complaint I requested to be put on the DO NOT CALL list and he stated they do not do that I proceeded to tell him our company main line to add to the list and he disconnected the call The representatives of CPN were very unprofessional in their solicitation tactics and response to handling a request to be put on the DO NOT CALL list

I just received notification that this complaint has not been answeredWe are contacting the merchant right away and will be issuing a refund of the $early termination fee as requestedThe billing was triggered in error on our end without adequate follwith the merchant, so we would like
