This complaint has been forwarded to other federal agencies. This account has incorrect information among my credit reports. This account has allegedly been "re-aged" on some of my credit reports. This letter was a dispute in regards to your credit reporting in regards to account # [redacted]. CPort FAILED to answer this letter within the proper time lines set forth in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. In the letter mailed via Maine Department of Financial Institutions, dated 22 November, 2016, cPort FCU, stated I should file a dispute with the credit reporting agencies.
