Review: I dropped off my IPad mini for a new screen. At time of the drop off I was told it would be ready in four days that was two weeks ago today February *,2014. After a number of phone calls and going there in person, each time I have spoken too these people they have lied to me I have never done business whit anyone like these people. They keep stalling me and refuse to show me the IPad. At this point it's clear to me they have broken it or have no idea how too fix the screen. When this was dropped off it was checked and the only problem was the screen. Also I payed for this service up front a big mistakeDesired Settlement: Either fix it or replace it.

Review: I went to the store to purchase a cell phone case on Oct **. I told the salesman I wanted a "good case" and not being eductated asked about an "Otterbox," the only good case I have ever heard of. The salesman suggested I purchase a "Lifelock" case and explained all the attributes associated with the $86 price tag. He convinced me this was a good protective case. I made the purchase.

Using the case prevents me from hearing callers, and having callers hear me. I went back to the store today (less than 48 hours later) to exchange the case and explained the problem. He offered to take the case back with a 25% restocking charge. I told him that was not acceptable, and I would happily take a new case, but wanted a credit on my credit card for the $30 difference. He kept talking and explaining my options and each time I tried to speak he would not allow me to continue. He finally told me that the deal was off the table and if I didn't leave he would call the police, which he did.

I believe what was sold to me is a "boater's cell phone case." It is waterproof and to be used when you are boating and at other times your phone needs the ultimate protection. It is not a case for "daily" use. The salesman did not disclose to me what he was celling me would prevent me from speaking on my cell phone.Desired Settlement: I would have happily taken a new case and with the balance credited to my card (how I paid). The case I have could be resold to the appropriate consumer.

Review: I brought in my Samsung Galaxy s4 that had a broken screen. They told me that I would need a new full front assembly LCD Panel. After 3 hours they gave me my phone back with a new screen. I noticed immediately that this new screen was not the real Samsung brand because it lacked the Samsung logo on the top. I told the [redacted] that I was never told that I wouldn't be getting the legitimate Samsung part. He told me that all repairs stores use these third party parts. He said that they work the same and I should have no issues. He proceeded to tell me that I had a 6 month warranty in case anything went wrong. I paid $261.85 for this part and labor. A month after I started having all kinds of trouble with my phone, It would restart by itself, the screen would tint green and picture messages stopped working. I went back to Cellphone Repair and they told me that I may have had a defective part and they took my phone back and made we wait another 3 hours for a screen replacement. When I got it back it seemed to be fixed but only 10 minutes after I left all of the problems started up again. I brought my phone to [redacted] because I was out of ideas at this point. [redacted] told me that I was basically robbed and that phone repair places should always give the customer a legitimate Samsung part. I ended up getting a new phone there that day and they kept the faulty parts I got from Cellphone Repair.Desired Settlement: I believe that I was given faulty parts and deserve a full refund. I want my full refund of $261.85

Review: I brought my new iphone 5 in excellent condition in for repair from water damage. I was told it would be $75 charge to clean the phone which I paid up front. I was told it would take a while but they would contact me. A month later since I didn't receive a call I decided to stop by, at which time they told me they tried to contact me several times but I never had a missed call or voice mail. At this time they told me my phone was probably no longer there. I asked to speak to [redacted] who was not there at the time. They told me they would call me the next day, and since I never received a phone call I went the following day. I told them I wanted to resolve this issue and I wanted to speak to [redacted]. They then told me my phone was there but it needed to be reassembled, and to give them a few days and go back to pick up my phone. I went back they handed a me a phone that had a shattered screen, missing home button, and scratched and dented. At this point I told [redacted] that was not my phone, and [redacted] said this is where we stand and there is nothing further to resolve the issue. One of [redacted]s asked me to leave the store or he would call the police, and the other owner said he will keep the phone and the $75 and will see me court.Desired Settlement: Since they apparently don't have my phone I want a refund for my phone.
