Our general manager already reached out to the ownership (myself) yesterday, problem will be handled over the next few weeksThe printer also carriers a year manufacturers warranty not a day, however yes it's usually a day return

On 7/22/15 *** *** came into one of our stores (we have 7)She had called before hand and said that there was a screw loose missing on her laptopWe told her that if it was only a screw to bring it in and there would be no chargeWhen she gets there one of our owners (my mother)
looks at the laptopShe opened the lid of the laptop and told the lady that it needed more than just a screw, it needed a whole hinge assembly and that would not be a free repairWhen *** was told it would not be free she was not very happy with thatShe then took the laptop and walked out of our storeShe sat in her car with someone else in our parking lot for minutes before driving offOnce she drove off she called back minutes later and spoke to my mother calling her a "rude *** ***" over the phone (which she left out of her complaint)After that my mother *** hung up on her as would I if someone was cussing me out for something I didn't doHere at Fanelli Boys we bent over backwards for our customers and we are not afraid to eat the bullet if we have to but this is a scamWhen she was in our store she walked out without raising a complaint and then minutes later called back screaming, I have know idea what she did to that laptop in the mean timeShe could have got upset when we told her it wasn't going to be free and thrown it in the back of her car and broke it for all I knowThis is what you get for trying to help people out, we are a business we should charge for screws but we weren't going to

Revdex.com:Just to get this machine out of my office I have accepted the refund, but feel this is unfairHP support informed us that they would not require me to pay for any of the initial ink that comes with the machine to be replaced and only a $restocking fee in the first daysAfter days they do require a 25% restocking fee, which would mean they would refund us $minus the 25% restocking fee of $bringing the refund amount to $I was told by an employee of Fanelli Cothat they service their products, which they never didI waited on someone from their company to come and check the cyan cartridge which was streaking and they never showed up or called us backThis was in the fourth week after purchase and there were several days at a time I was unable to use the machine because of the bad cartridgesWaiting on the Fanelli Coto replace cartridges and show up for service, which never happened is what took us past their day in house warranty(not stated anywhere) I have included a copy of their sales receipt as an attachment.It is a slanderous statement made by Fanelli Coin the last paragraphI did not use any foul language when speaking to anyone in their companyThere was a witness standing in the room at the time I was speaking to the general manager on the phoneI only spoke to the receptionist who answered the phone and I ask to speak to only the general manager and did not use any foul language.This company is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt withThe purchase of this printer has kept my office in turmoil for weeksThey way overpriced this printer, because the HP site sales it for $The Fanelli Cois a rip off companyDon't do business with them

used over the period of two months. We sold a printer in new or manufacturers refurbished condition with a year warranty to [redacted] company. The printer was sold with a 1 year manufacturers warranty, a 30 day in house warranty and a 5 day return with a 20% restocking fee or exchange towards a different model. [redacted] company used this printer for well over a month almost two before he wanted to return it. I out of being a good company told my team to charge him a percentage of the supplies used and half the restocking fee. Which comes to $30 per toner used and a 10% restocking fee since the printer is now used and the one year manufacturers warranty started 2 months ago. [redacted] in his complaint made comments about supplies voiding the manufacturers warranty, well that simply is not true, actually its illegal. According to the [redacted] it is illegal for a manufacturer to void a warranty because of the supplies being used in their product. Also HP them selves sells on their website compatible toner cartridges, so we are not selling anything that would void any warranties. However it is a common practice for manufacturer telephone techs to say this in order to sell the customer name brand 3x more expensive supplies but if it ever came down to it the warranty could not actually be void because of supplies. As for blue streaks it sounds like he has a defective cyan toner if that is the case our toners have a 100% replacement warranty on them and we would be more than happy to exchange it for him and even blow out his printer if need be. Our offer is the best that is going to happen a 10% restocking fee for using the printer for well over 1 month nearly 2. This decreases its resale value and warranty length, this is also more than fair since most companies charge in upwards of 35-40% restocking fee after a sort trial time period. And $30 for each of the toners that was used with is a small percentage of the retail value of the toners and any toners that were bought extra besides the toners that were included we will not refund. Also after [redacted] cussed out my employees on the phone, I really am not impressed by his professionalism. [redacted] has until the end of the month to make a decision on if he wants to take us up on our generous offer or not, past that we will not offer any refund since by then the warranty will be almost 1/4 over, and the value will be much less than 10%. if returned we are already taking a loss to help out a company I pray we never do business with again.

I am responding back to the letter that I had received since they think that I am a scammer. When I had called into the store I had asked how much it would cost for them to replace a screw in the corner of my lap top and they had said it wouldn't cost anything. When I went to the store the owner which as they are saying is there mother came out of the back and had asked me what I needed and I said I had called in and talked to someone and they said that if I brought in the computer they would replace the screw free of charge. The lady then took the lap top to the back and told me to have a seat so I had went over and sat down and she came back out and said the 2 techs werent there but it was going to be more than a screw that it needed an entire hinge put in it and had jerked it open and I did get a little upset about it since it as not like that when I took it in there and she said it was going to cost me 39.95 for them to look at it and then probably more for them to fix it. I said well it only needed a screw thats all it needs and she said no it dont and I said well ill talk to my husband and see what he says since he is at work. I then went out and got in my friends car and had the lap top on my lap the entire time and we sat in the parking lot for 2 minutes if that cause of traffic and because my friend was on the phone and they said I was out there for 10 minutes. I then talked to my husband threw text messages and sent him the picture I had took of what the lap top now looked like and he told me to call in there. I then called in there it may had been by that time 15 minutes cause I was letting him know what was said about the lap top and how it looked. The first lady I talked to was nice and then the owner the one saying is the mother got on the phone and right off the bat was very rude and goes I was the one you dealt with and I was very calm and did not scream like they said I had and said it was worse than what it was when I took it in there and she said no its not I said all it needed was a screw and she said whatever very snotty and then I called her a rude [redacted] cause I fealt that she was when I was just trying to be calm and everything about what had went on there. My husband came from work and fixed the lap top in 20 minutes and after having to take it apart and fix it more than what it was it had only needed a screw like I had said it needed to begin with. I was not and am not a scammer I was simply just trying to get my lap top fixed and I was in now way screaming or yelling at these people and yes I used foul language at the end of a conversation but you would have to if they were being rude and snotty to you on the phone when you was trying to be civil. And I had asked them as well to check the cameras cause you could see that I had got in the front seat with the lap top and had they noticed there was a child in the back seat so therefore I would not even let the lap top go in the back seat and to see how the lap top was when I took it in the store and how it was when I left because you couldnt even close it, when I had went in it was closed.Thank you,

date. You state that you returned to our business when the phone speaker had static and you could not hear through the speaker. You also reported the screen came unglued. Both of these issues you reported are covered by our repair guarantee, and we again worked on your phone to correct these issues. Our policy is that we will gladly repair any phone within 5 days of our initial repair. Upon receiving your phone back into our store we agreed to correct the problem(s). Unfortunately in this case we had to order parts to properly repair your device, and  await arrival of the parts. On 08-03-15 you returned to our store and asked that a full refund be made based on your dissatisfaction of the repair. Our policy is to repair any device within our ability to do so, and unfortunately we do not  offer refunds on these repairs. We gladly offered to make such repairs with new parts ordered specifically for your phone, however you declined and demanded the return of your money paid for the repair.Our philosophy and policy on refunds are that when a refund is issued, we have not been allowed to do our job, and even with a refund your problem with your device is still not resolved and you are still unhappy. Therefore we gladly repair any device at our expense when we damage a device left in our care for any repair. We were not afforded the opportunity to make the necessary repairs in your case, because you demanded a refund, which is outside the scope of our repair policy, the details of our policies are clearly stated on our invoices.At this point we would still be happy to make the necessary repairs to your phone,and correct any issue you paid to have fixed, as well as anything that might have happened during our repair process.
