Dear Sir/Madam,Thank you for forwarding the customer response dated 12/06/regarding our reply to his complaint.After reviewing the response, we reaffirm that the customer continues to make the same misstatementsFor the record, he claims he never reviewed and signed the initial estimate with usOn the contrary ourrecords show that he did review and sign the initial estimate of $plus sales taxes with usA copy of the receipt is attached for your referenceAlso, note the itemization of taxes which he denied in his first complaintHe claims that he agreed and paid $60, but doesn’t substantiate his claim through any evidenceThe storenever quoted him nor collected $from himThe revised price quoted for his phone repair was $65, and the final receipt we issued clearly shows that hepaid $plus sales taxes towards the final paymentA copy of the receipt is also included herewithWe have clearly explained him that we don’t charge on an hourly labor basis, but our prices are quotedbased on the repair type that includes both cost of parts and the service charge.As this customer continues to reiterate that he paid only $for this transaction, we appreciate it if he could provide an evidence to substantiate his claim, either a store issued receipt or his credit card transaction statement that shows the said amountIf he can indeed provide us such an evidence, then the store will consider refunding him any extra amount charged to him.Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns

The owner accused me of making many statementsHowever the owner never reviewed the updated order with me, nor did I sign anythingOn the first day I signed for a payment of $It was only supposed to be half but he messed upI acquiesced and paid him $He must have adjusted the payment from $to $without my signature or consentI did not sign any paper giving him the right to adjust payment without my approvalOn the final day, I did NOT sign for $with or without taxThe original agreement was for $Furthermore he did not advise me of the price increase before repairI know this because the parts I had to put a deposit on for $were not even usedIt was an ad hoc repairThe breakdown of the labor/parts/ and services were not provided to meI do not understand how the $was only for labor if in the beginning the $i was charged was for partsFurthermore the pricing seems arbitrary

tax computation.1. Our records show that all the estimates and the final receipt upon completion of his device repair clearlyshow the state taxes on a separate line item. This customer has also signed the initial estimate of $45 that showed taxes on a separate line item. The final payment upon the revised estimate of $65 plus taxes was approved by the customer prior to the repair. 2. His calculation of taxes based on 7.75% on $65 repair cost is clearly erroneous. It is not $69.88 as claimedby him, but the actual amount is $65 + $5.04 (taxes) = $70.04. This is exactly the amount that was collected from this customer for the repair. 3. We clearly explained him the rationale of revising the initial estimate to $65 based on the increased complexity and the components required for the repair.
