not the best qualityWhen replacing componets on those lower end devices, they can have adverse affects on the deviceI would like to remind you that you did sign our disclosure that informed you of the risks invoved in attempting repair on your electronics and released us from any liability if the devices could not be repairedIn spite of that paperwork, we did put you into fully functioning devices, because it is important to us, to make sure you have a fully functioning tablet and phoneWe did have your devices for a while because on the tablet the parts had to be ordered out of China, which you were toldOn the phone, they were trying everything to save your information, because you had stressed to the technicoians the importance of having those photosOverall we tried everything we could to fix your devices and when it was impossible we replaced them for youI believe my technicians have gone above and beyond to take care of you, I am sorry if you still dont see it that way
