CPR-Cell Phone Repair

Review: I took my son's cell phone to CPR on 10/16/2013 to have them replace the screen, which was cracked. The charge was $92.29. A little more than a day later, a tiny crack appeared on the screen, which began to get bigger. Since, according to my receipt, there was a 180 day warranty, I took the phone back to them the first chance I got. They told me that it was not covered under the warranty. When I asked them why not, they just said it wasn't. There are no specific exclusions listed on the receipt,or in the store, and given the short period of time the crack appeared after the repair, I felt that CPR should have replaced the screen under the warranty.Desired Settlement: I want them to repair the phone screen free of charge.
