CPR Construction

This is Cpr Construction responding to a complaint sent to me via mail A contract was drawn up stating the work to be done agreed price The warentee was including in the original contract that customer signed Tge contract states work that is to be done in detail and any additional
work or changes made is an extra charge on the final bill . During completing the job changes was made by customers request as well as extra work performed along witg extra material purchases that customer refused to re- emburse Cpr Construction Going by the contract (which does customer has a copy of ) it states extra work and material is an extra exspense the custoner refused to pay the additional amount owed which voided any warrenty Cpr purchased extra screws that had come up missing on the customers property purchased extra plywood hauled off extra amount of shingles purchased and installed whirly birds. All of this and then some Cpr Construction ate the cost because the customer refused to payMoving on to the leaky roof Cpr has been over there times in the last year despite that customer voided the contract by not paying the final bill cpr retuturned to scope the problem out to hold up a good business reputaion The leaking is coming from around his chimneyWe tried to stop the leaking with flex seal but the chimney is several years old it is not the roof it is the chimney cpr paid a proffesional to come out and give a proffesional opinion on it and I have a written document stating it is the chimney not the roof I installed As far as the patio goes if it is leaking its been damaged by weather which states in the contract that any damage done by weather is not covered I have made several attempts to fix a leaky chimney that is not part of the roof and went out of my way me as well as my workers This customer owes me aprx $1200 extra not including the extra trips I have made over there and the proffesional masnary man I sent out there I am not asking the customer to pay me the $1200 he owesI want this to be dropped I am tired of going over there and fixing things that I am not obligated to and him dragging my name thru the mud I have done everything in my power to please this man he is unpleasable The chimney was not in the contract I am not responsible for it leaking I am not paying out no more out of my pocket to please an unpleasable man that is making up crap on me and my businessI have copies of the contract and the final bill and a statement from About Brick And Block owner *** *** as well as the checks that was wrote to cpr if needed

Had roof replaced by CPR Construction, it leaks around chimney, calledseveral times to get it fixedHe came out once but it still leaksCPR has not returned my calls for several monthsThe phone munber stopped workingI found the new number and continued calling 5he answering machine, still no responceit is now March The roof was completed almost a year agoI have not recieved an invoice for the metal roof warrenty
