Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The crumbling driveway and faulty concrete is not a result of road saltCPR Custom Concrete is well aware we did have the driveway professionally sealedThe owner of CPR voiced concern the day the concrete was installed by them and they were notified that we had concerns even prior to the first winterCPR Custom Concrete will not stand behind their product or installationWe will not pay for boring when it is clear to the eye that the concrete is bad and crumblingThe road skirt was poured at the same time by a different concrete company and is fine.We expect a full refund of our cost for this driveway, plus the cost to have it removed and any legal fees we incurAt this point only monetary compensation is acceptableWe have given CPR ample time to correct this issue and it is detracting from the value of our homeWe will pursue this further
Regards,*** ***

Problem is because of a pre-existing problemHe was told from day one, his driveway needs replacing because it sunkWe did the sidewalk to match the driveway height to prevent a tripping hazardWe went back to put cuts in the driveway to help alleviate the problemWe will not refund, we tried to
appeaseThe only way to prevent the puddling is to put a new driveway inI notice there is no mention of the work done to fix his steps that were very dangerous

Business called - We went there with the concrete manufacturer ([redacted]), appeared to be salt damage, unknown when it was last sealed. Salt damage is not covered in our warranty. Consumer would have to have it core tested by the manufacturer to see if any other issue. Consumer did not want...

to pay for that.

Revdex.com:

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] The company did not address the following issues in their response to the complaint...1. The spaulding and pitting of the concrete on the patio.2. The chipping of the sawed joints on the patio.3. The border paint chipping along the edges of the patio. 4. I paid $9,100 for the deck and walkway, which was sealed upon completion of the job in June 2014. 5. Sean D[redacted] and Michael D[redacted] were aware of the problems with the spaulding, joint chipping, tops of the benches and in September 2014, 3 months after the job was completed and stated they would take care of it next year because they were busy.6. They sent their sealer/repair company to my house in September 2015 to fix the issues but instead he wanted to charge me over $1,000 to touch up the paint and seal the patio. He stated that when a concrete patio is sealed, the sealer is good for two years. If my concrete patio was completed in June 2014 and sealed by CPR, why would I need my patio sealed again a year later in September 2015? 7. They need to remove the photos of my patio from their website since nothing was signed that they could use pictures of my patio for their profit. This company doesn't stand by their work and will not fix the issues as stated above. Instead their repair guy wanted to charge me over $1,000 after I paid them $9,100 for the walkway and concrete patio. I want CPR to pay for all repairs to my patio as stated in the quote by their own repair/sealing company.
