Review: I prepaid for an ACLS class on July 1st, 2014. The business is named CPRhealthandsafety with [redacted]. I have email correspondence between myself and Ms. [redacted] proving that the class was scheduled on 7/29/14 at 11am. I also have still shot photos of this woman's website: CPRhealthandsafety.com stating that the July class was on that date and time-- 7/29/14 @11a.m. Myself and another student showed up on Tuesday 7/29/14 at 11am to take the class at the specified business location (class location) in Slidell and the business was shut down and the business owner and instructor-- [redacted] was not there. After numerous phone calls to the instructor from myself and the other student, she then returned our call stating that she got the dates mixed up. Then, she made us wait another hour and a half for her in Slidell, where the class was located and when she finally shows up she refused to teach us that she didn't have the time and was very rude to us. Unfortunately, me and the other student had both traveled 45 miles coming from New Orleans to take this class. [redacted] said that she would refund us after the conversation got taken to a very rude and highly unprofessional level; however, I have not received a refund after several paypal dispute attempts. I am very upset about this and I want my $85.00 refunded to me that I paid for a class that was not given to me. This business owner and lead instructor is highly unprofessional. Please resolve this dispute/issue for me as quickly as possible as I need and deserve to get my money refunded to me. I am also very concerned for the other people that sign up to take classes from her as they might fall into a similar situation. I'm sure me and my fellow classmate are not the only ones that this will or has happened to.Desired Settlement: See above letter. I want the $85.00 that I paid for a class that was not taught to me/given to me refunded to me as soon as possible.
