Our office made arrangements directly with [redacted] to come and facilitate a CPR & First Aid Training for healthcare providers. Within 2-3 days after setting a day and time for class, [redacted] stopped by our office to pick up the money for the class and to drop off the CPR handbooks(dated 2005 by the ECSI/AAOS) that we were to review prior to the scheduled class. Ten minutes after she was scheduled to teach our group I called to see if she was on her way or if she had something come up, she informed me that she was not feeling well and was unable to make it to her commitment. We rescheduled and again, she called 30 min prior stating that she had car trouble on the side of the freeway and was awaiting assistance and would be unable to make it to our reserved appointment. A few days later, [redacted] dropped off certification cards for each individual and informed us, we could have the cards, because she had "flaked" on us twice and we could find a later date to reschedule to. I initially had email communication with [redacted] for the 1-2 weeks proceeding these events. I requested a full refund in exchange for her faulty cards. Upon the refund request, she went completely "M.I.A". She has not returned any phone calls, emails or texts. The last communication, she stated she had to wait for her CPA to return to the country to have the refund authorized and that she would contact us to provide the refund within 2 weeks.
