Hello, my name is ***. I attended a class with Victor *** at CPR 2U. I paid $*** for three different certifications. After completion of the course I had to do 3 teachbacks to get my certification. I did 6 teach backs with *** NM which I was told was acceptable. A month later I was told it was no longer acceptable. I have now been trying to schedule my teachbacks with CPR2U for 2 months. Each time I am told there is not a class for me to attend and teach. I paid for this service expecting they would have the means to complete the certifications for me. When asked about a refund I have been told, " I will not issue a refund" by the owner Victor ***. I am not sure what to do as I am out $*** for the classes with no direction or recourse on how to rectify the situation. I have made multiple attempts to follow this company's direction for successful completion of these classes, to no avail. I have also spent $*** in teaching material which I cannot use now because of this companies actions. I feel this has company has falsified their intentions to follow through. As of now I am not even sure they are capable of following through. This has been incredibly frustrating. I paid this business for a service and completed the requirements initially set forth. I expect the instructor cards I have paid for. This is not a way to operate a business.

I appreciate you giving me a heads up about what you are doing. I welcome the Revdex.com and A to investigate your allegations. Let's look at the real facts. For almost three months, I have been contacting you asking for documents to complete your file. You have not submitted anything. You finally submitted something that you said you obtained from Joe ***. It's interesting, that Joe submitted all the required documentation and is now an A ACLS and PALS Instructor. I question the validity of your statement about Joe giving you the documents.
I have been speaking to other instructors and it apparently has been a pattern with you to give incorrect information about a situation. You contacted me about sitting in on a course in September and never showed up, yet you told Ms. Jennie *** another story. When Ms. talked to me I informed her what happened. I was completely different than what you had told her. I have documented emails where I have asked you for document and I had sent you the new requirements for alignment with our training center in both *** and at ***U and you have not completed any of the documentation of submitted it. At one point you told me that you did not receive the emails. After I confirmed your email address, you later admitted to me you had received the emails.
Unfortunately, August has been a rough time for all of us, due to having to change to a new training center. We got caught up under new requirements and we all had to jump through hoops to get our alignment with the two new training centers. Unfortunately, the old training center and its manager did everything to shut us down. He even shut our website and email down. Once he shut our website down, we did not get a student. New students could not find us, because they could not google us or register for a course. We are now back with a new website and we are again registering students. I had explained this to you in an email to you on October 7th and had informed you that the class may not be held. Unfortunately, we did not get any students, therefore you could not sit in on the class. But, that still does not explain why you never complied with my requests for forms nor did you complete the additional Instructor Essentials classes that you had to take.
I will be contacting your new training center that you aligned with and inform them that you did not complete the training requirements. I will explain to them that you are deficient in your training and that you should not been granted instructor status. I will also inform them that they should not have allowed you to aligned with them. I will also contact the *** Association and inform them of this. I have copies of all this information and the emails to prove it.
CPR2UNM has been in existence since 2017 and we have trained well over 2300 students without a negative evaluation. I maintain matriculas records and they are available for inspection at any time. You comments about myself and my business are unprofessional and unwarranted and you have demonstrating you are not the type of person that A wants to have as an A Instructor. Rest assured that all this information will be provided to the A or any person investigating your unfounded allegations. Thank You,
---

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because of your inability to provide instructor cards after requirements have been accomplished. I dont want anything from this business. I want other consumers to be aware of this company's practices. *** dollars spent for a certification he is unable furnish. I have tried to resolve this with cpr2u for months. All I get is the run around. Consumers beware.

Regards
