With the additional information we were able to locate the customer's account Since there is a defect with the product, the customer is certainly cover under warranty We are asking for the unit to be sent to us for repair We will throughly check the unit and have it shipped back to the customer We have attached our Quality Return Form This form will need to be filled out and placed inside the return of the unit If there are any questions please let us know

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I consider this complaint resolved. In addition, I respectfully request that the Revdex.com remove any negative rating associated with this complaint as the business has resolved the situation to the best that was with in their control.
I have already received the refund for shipping.  It should be noted that after finally speaking with [redacted] at CPS I am totally satisfied with their response.  It appears the situation is actually being made worse by the USPS in that the item that was shipped by them in good faith by Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery at this date (7 days later) still has not arrived and is still navigating its way through the postal system through a series of misroutings on their part.  This creates a situation where as neither myself nor CPS can claim the package as "lost" as there is still active tracking.  If anyone needs to be held accountable for their actions it is the United States Postal Service.  If possible I would request that the Revdex.com look into the USPS actions with regards to this issue.  The tracking number on the package is [redacted]5.

My office manager has spoken with the customer and has taken care of the situation. She has shipped out the items that were requested.

Our company was unable to provide the customer product as the customer requested.  A full refund was generated back to the customer as requested.

We have received the concern that was submitted by the Revdex.com. We need additional information. First, we attempted to look up the customer's information in our system with the information that was provided. His name was the only information that was provided to us — [redacted]l. We are unable to locate any information in our system. We searched our system by just the first name "[redacted]" and then we searched just for last name "[redacted]". It may be possible that the order was made with a different name or company name. Please provide the order number, copy of the invoice, or any other additional information so that we can locate the customer’s information.
Also, we attempted to make contact with the person with the phone number that was provided and we also attempted to contact your agency several times by phone but have not had any success..
Please provide additional information so that this case can be settled or closed.
