Review: I have had a car loan with this company for roughly 6 months and I have had nothing but issues. They have billed me incorrectly told me that I owed paymentsI dont owe. They told me that I could change my due date and I requested to change it to the 15th of the month and they changed it to the 10th and it took 4 calls beforethat was straightneed out. They charged my late fees fort hingsthat werent late. They call and harass me at work and it is very embarassing and it not even for money I owe however, they tell me I owe money. They send me bills that are incorrect. Once I am done with this loan I will never do business with this company ever again, They are ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED AND SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS.Desired Settlement: Correct my account and a letter stating that my account is now corrected and that I am up to date since this is what the case is.

A review of the account shows that it is currently up to date and the due date has been changed to the 15th of every month. The fee that was applied to her account, due to non-sufficient funds, was waived as a one-time courtesy. CPS has also placed a cease and desist to the work phone number.In closing, we would like to assure you that CPS has a commitment to compliance with the consumer - protectionlaws. Our reciting in this letter certain facts regarding the complaint must not be construed as a waiver of CPS's rights with respect to any other forms or instances. CPS hereby specifically reserves all its rights with respect thereto.
