close the account we advised we could not close the account unless we had received back the equipment that we had provided for him to use while he had the account open with usHe called us again in January to find out why the account was still open, we advised that as previously discussed we needed our terminal backWe sent him another *** return label so that he could send the terminal back to us*** *** once again contacted us in March to advise that the account was still openWe confirmed with him we were still waiting on the terminal to be returned, and sent another *** labelIn *** *** statement to the Revdex.com, he advises he returned the equipment to usWe spoke to his wife *** on Monday, she advised that in fact, the terminal wa s still at the locationShe claimed she was unaware that it had to be returned in order to close the accountWe sent yet another *** label, and finally received our terminal backNow that we have the terminal back, we have arranged the account to be closedWe have advised the merchant that we now have everything we need to close the account, and as a onetime courtesy have issued a refund for monthly fees from January to MayWe consider this issue now resolved
