[redacted] ’s complaint states he was not able to navigate our website to opt out of... advertising from Adready.com. The complaint further alleges that our company does not return phone calls. The complaint asks to opt out of "their advertising". We respond that opting out can be only be accomplished by not visiting websites on the internet that show advertisements to their users. These are third party websites that we do not own and we do not control. Websites work with ad marketing companies to pay for the content that users see on their websites. Users should carefully read the terms and conditions and privacy polices of all websites they visit to understand what they are agreeing to by visiting a website and consuming that websites content. The Adready.com website as well as all CPXi corporate sites provide for and include an easy and clear opt out mechanism for consumers to opt out of behavioral advertising. Our policies and opt out mechanism meet all guidelines and best practices as provided by the IAB's Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising incorporating the NAI's Consumer Opt-out mechanism. Any user that wants to opt out of behavioral online advertising can do so by clicking on the About Ads logo or the words "Ad Choices" that are located on every page of our websites in the footer of the page.We believe this response should resolve [redacted] ’s concerns. We are happy to provide further information should it be requested.

[Your Answer Here]
I understand the first part of their response, however the second part of their response is a load of language. Compliance with regulations and having to select this section or that still does make it easy to navigate. Why not have transparency and just show the opt out selection up front, instead of having to go look for it?
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

Review: CPXi also DBA AdReady does not return phone calls. I went to opt out of their advertising and they make it so difficult to navigate their site. They list a phone number to call but all you get is a recording stating that they are on the phone and will get back to you. I called early this morning and have not heard anything, as of 3:35 PM, so I called them again and got the same recording but this time I had an option of transferring to Ali W[redacted] 's(sp) cell phone and received a recorded message that this was an invalid number. So I called back again and encountered the same recording I got the first time.Desired Settlement: I want to opt out of their very annoying advertising when I am online. That's all, simple.
