Agreement Package was signed by ***During our appointment I specifically reviewed Paragraph 10, lines 92, and which states that the BROKER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES which I review with every Client during the Listing AppointmentAdditionally, all Listing Owners are told that we do not do provide Property Management.4.)There were a total of Showing between the dates of 7/28/and 11/4/A notification email was sent to *** for all scheduled showing with a feedback email sent after each showing.5.)Monthly Touch Letters are sent to all SellersIn November, the Monthly Touch Letter sent to all owners advising of the Winter Weather coming and recommending steps each property owner should take to avoid damage to their homeAs per my conversation with *** she received this letter.6.)On 12/30/I received a voicemail and two phone calls from ***, stating*the circuit breaker was turned off*there were damaged pipes*** stated that she was going to sue RE/MAX for damages to her homeI asked when she was at the property last and she responded when we met and signed the Listing Agreement on 7/22/2017.During her second phone call she demanded that the sign and lockbox be removed by that night.7.)I received two emails from *** dated 1/19/at 1:and 2:with her complaints and demands.8.)Based on weather conditions the sign and lockbox were removed on 1/20/The keys were sent to *** by Certified Mail on 1/23/The delivery confirmation form shows that *** signed for the package on 1/29/2018.9.)*** has contacted *** and the Real Estate Book with negative and defamatory comments.If you have any further questions, please feel free to give me a call.Bob R*** RealtorRE/MAX of the Poconos
