CR Concrete Services stands by our work knowing that it meets or exceeds the industry's standard for this type of project While we gave an estimate with the price of adding color for this project, we were told by the customer they did NOT want to add any color to keep the price down and save money Since concrete itself has natural browns and grays in it, after applying coats of CLEAR polyaspartic coating the natural colors are going to be visible, as was explained to the customer before applying the product The grinding in and around the corners is the industry's standard for this type of job As for the trim, the customer was told before the project was even on the schedule that the polyaspartic material could NOT be applied vertically and that it was our company's suggestion not to replace the trim for the purpose of the room The customer was informed of all of the above mentioned information before, throughout and after the process of the project All of our work that we completed, per the customer's approved invoice and signed contract, surpasses this trade's guidelines and the request for a full refund is not justified We are still in the process of trying to meet with the customer to deliver a refund for the fees that we understandably owe her Unfortunately the bank we are associated with informed us that her post-dated check would not clear before that date, but the bank was at fault for informing us incorrectly and they deposited the check before the allowed date We have tried to confirm a date with the customer and have yet to get her money delivered to her, but we will not stop trying until she is refunded for her fees We stand by this job and the quality of craftsmanship that we delivered
