I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I did receive a $check, but I still had a huge mess to clean up and he is still ripping people off!! He is a liar and very unprofessionalHe NEVER shows up for appointmentsHe lies about the way he will fix drywall problemsAlso left all lighting fixtures loose and dangling. I have another drywall professional that will come forward and prove that *** cuts corners and provides substandard work!!! I would like to see something done to insure that others do not fall victim to this lying it*** needs to be taken out of business

In response to Mrs*** complaint, I did do work for her on April of I was hired to fix cracks in her ceiling of her home, in which I repaired and completed
the job as requested. I am unsure why Mrs*** waited almost months to contact me with the problem thoughAt no time did I cut corners or not show up when I was to be there. Unfortunately, I believe there must be other issues in her home causing the ceiling to re-crack. I at no time told Mrs*** that I would not come and look at her ceiling to see what could be doneAt this time though, due to the unknown issues in the home and how Mrs*** has handled the situation in an unprofessional manner when she contacted me by phone on September 21st, I feel it would be better for everyone involved to refund the $that she paid me to do the work. That repair refund check was mailed to Mrs*** on Friday, September 26th by certified mail. I assume this will resolve the dispute due to that was the amount Mrs*** was claiming on her complaint
