Mr. [redacted] enrolled in our school in 2015 and completed his education successfully. He signed a contract when he came to the school that he would not be charged for tuition if he agreed to drive for us for one year. Mr. [redacted] drove for us for four months, and then resigned his position. We pro-rated...

his tuition and his current balance is $3,392. He contacted us in 2015 to obtain a copy of his contract, which we sent him, but we have never heard from him again. He has not responded to repeated attempts to collect the balance due based on his contract.  C.R. England successfully trains thousands of drivers each year, many of whom eventually go to work for other trucking companies in the industry. He has asked for a change in the policy that recruits and hires drivers, but based on our success rate over the years, the policy seems to be effective to recruit and hire drivers.
