I BOUGHT A SET OF FRONT LOADERS FROM CR AND SINCE I GOT THEM, THE WASHER HAS LEAKED AND LEAVES A PUDDLE IN FRONT ON THE FLOOR AND I HAVE TO PUT A TOWEL TO SOAK UP THE WATER..THE DRYER TAKES FOREVER TO DRY..I HAVE CALLED THEM OVER AND OVER THEY ARE NEVER THERE AND THEY FINALLY CAME TO MY HOUSE THIS YEAR CHARGED ME 75.00 FOR THE REPAIR(DID NOT PAY YET) AND THE WASHER STILL LEAKS AND NOW THE DOOR LATCH IS BROKEN....THIS IS WITHIN TWO MONTHS TIME. CALLED THEM BACK TO REPAIR DOOR AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THE FIRST REPAIR IN ORDER TO FIX THE SECOND AND THEY NEVER FIXED THE FIRST TO BEGIN WITH...THEY WAIT UNTIL YOUR MACHINE IS OUT OF WARANTY TO RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS...VERY DISAPOINTED....
I paid cash for a clotheswasher 450$ and was promised delivery on April 19th 2012. I have yet to recieve my washer, or a phone call explaining why they never showed up. I was crystal clear with the salesman/owner explaining this washer was for my 77 yr old father so he could maintain laundry for my incontinient mother with althemizers. I paid him cash and was promised delivery. Here it is a week late no phone call, no returned calls and a voicemail at the office that is so full I can't leave a message. All I want is my money back since the washer was never delivered. At what confidence can I have that this company will take care of me if I have a service problem if they can't even professionally deliver a product that is paid in full. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this unprofessional organization. I have a feeling they will not make it in business anyway and you will be stuck with an appliance with noone to service it
