A very well done job. They replaced the gutters on the house and garage that I had CR gutters put on originally 28 years ago.

Well its been a year now. Seems like a
life time ago. Excellent work done and at a good price. We sold our home in 3 days & that was last June. Returned back to the Sunshine state of Fla in the panhandle after 23 years in greater Seattle. Good work C R Gutters

CR Gutters Inc. replaced the gutters on our Tacoma home in Sept 2019. Their Team members were great to work with, and the new gutters look terrific. I'd recommend them to anyone considering new gutters . . . they won't be disappointed! And no, I don't know the owner, nor am I related to or know any of the employees.

I am a realtor with *** in ***. My seller needed repairs to fascia boards and new gutters. I cannot thank Tabitha, Shannon, Amanda and especially Sabrina from the home office for their dedication and follow up on working with him regarding this work Cory and Austin worked diligently through the rain to complete the project. They were here two times and without their hard work and professionalism none of this would have been possible. They never stopped for a minute and were here several hours and very polite. I am satisfied with the final job and the reasonable cost. The company appears to have some communication problems. They scheduled a time for removal of gutters, reminded me that they would be there the next day and I double checked the time that morning. When they had not arrived by noon, I called and was told they were in North Seattle area and would call when they were on their way south. They did call - at 4:15 - arrived here at 5:15 and wanted to delay the job till Monday. Workers were polite and worked hard, but next told me they couldn't complete the job because they didn't have the right tools on their truck. The company did send someone else to complete the removal very quickly. If I could be sure they have corrected their communication problems I might be able to raise their rating.

I had trouble with other companies coming to fix the gutters on my 3 story house after they were damaged by the tornado in our town. I saw the companies truck a couple houses down finishing up some work. I went over and asked if they thought they could do my house or if it was too high(like a lot of the other companies said). They walked over took a look called office to get a quote. These guys were amazing they came over immediately and did the job. From our first contact to when they were done was 35 minutes. The workers were very nice and the office staff was very pleasant to talk with... I would highly recommend them!

Quick and did an excellent job.

This was a good experience. The firm and its reps were courteous, knowledgeable and fair. I had been concerned they would try to upsell via "finding decay in the fascia". That didn't happen and the skilled workers finished their work here in about an hour. Price wasn't a particular concern for us in this situation; we just wanted it done. The firm seems to have a lot of players - estimator, scheduler, financial officer - supporting the actual workmen. May be mangement top heavy so they may not be the chepest. But they're good.

They did a great job from the original estimate, thru the installation & final billing. The estimate was very competitive & they did all the work on schedule & just as they said they would. They also recommended a gutter cover that costs a fraction of the ads we hear these days, & does at least as well. All together a professional & recommended company to do business with.

From the estimate to the finished job, these guys were great. They were there when scheduled and finished on time with no complaints. Courteous and professional.
